I've had a lot of dental work and seen many dentists, but Dr. Gandhi is hands down the best. He's thorough, gentle, and has great bedside manner. The team is extremely welcoming too—everyone seems genuinely happy to be there. Love the atmosphere. Highly recommend!

After reading tons of reviews online, my spouse and I finally went with Atlanta Dental Spa. Best decision ever! The team at the Highlands location in Atlanta was super kind and really knew how to calm our nerves. The office itself is gorgeous and feels more like a spa than a dental clinic. I went in for a crown, and they got me scheduled fast at a fair price. Their membership options are a great deal too. Looking forward to going back for more work!

Honestly, I had a blast at Atlanta Dental Spa. Danielle and Lailai were amazing—they made sure I understood everything and actually enjoyed my time there. Dr. Gandhi explained my dental health and what I needed really well. It was a total luxury spa dental experience. I think I might actually like going to the dentist now!

I had an appointment at the Highlands location on February 25th at 12:30 PM. Got there at 12:19, walked in at 12:21, and the receptionist already had me checked in before I even said my name—she remembered me from last week! That kind of attention is rare. The staff were smiling and waving in the waiting room. Such positive energy!

I visited this practice in November 2022 for a cavity filling. The procedure was performed by Dr. Urvi and at first, it seemed to have been done perfectly. However, about a week later, I began feeling some sensitivity in that tooth. I assumed it would go away after a few days, but it kept getting worse. Within a few weeks, the sensitivity had turned into pain. I tried to manage the pain with painkillers because again, I thought the pain would eventually stop, but it didn't. When I finally admitted to myself that something was wrong with the filling, I made an appointment to see Dr. Urvi. On the day of the appointment, I was told that Dr. Urvi had left the practice, so I was attended to by Dr. Yeung. I explained my symptoms to him and my concerns about the filling. He immediately dismissed any correlation between my pain and the cavity filling. He claimed that it was impossible that the pain was being caused by the filling. He suggested that I must be grinding my teeth at night, and that must be the reason for my pain. He proceeded to use a high-pressure drill on my inflamed tooth to even my bite and then prescribed anti-inflammatory medication for a week. The next morning, I woke up with a huge bump on my gum, right above the inflamed tooth and I was in worse pain than before. I contacted the practice to explain this new development. I received a text message from them stating that Dr. Yeung doesn't think the swelling on my gum is related to the high-pressure drilling from yesterday and that I should simply continue with the anti-inflammatory medication. I was stunned by his habit of dismissing every concern I had. I decided to not visit this practice anymore. Instead, I visited a different dentist and he X-rayed my teeth and saw that the reason for my pain was that Dr. Urvi had placed the cavity filling very close to the nerve. The filling had moved and was hitting the nerve, causing the pain, infection and inflammation. The dentist also confirmed that using a high-pressure drill on my inflamed tooth had been a bad idea and that it did lead to the bump and infection on my gum. He said that unfortunately, my only two options were to either get a root canal or tooth extraction. It was so frustrating to hear that what should have been a simple cavity filling had now led to a possible tooth extraction. Add on top, the arrogant and dismissive treatment I had been subjected to at Atlanta Dental Spa, and it made hearing that news even more infuriating. I truly regret visiting Atlanta Dental Spa. I wish I had gone to a practice that had more highly skilled and knowledgeable professionals.

My sister and her friend rave about it—luxurious and worth the price—and they were right. From the warm welcome, it was top-notch.

Great experience getting a crown replaced here. Dr. Gandhi and his staff are incredibly patient and gentle. Tiara and Whitney are especially warm and make you feel safe. I've had trauma around that tooth, and they totally took that into account. Felt comfortable asking questions, and they worked with me until the crown felt perfect.

I was thoroughly impressed with Atlanta Dental Spa and it might be the best dental appointment I’ve ever had despite that I was there for a chipped tooth! Dr. Gandhi was very patient and informative as well as attentive. His work was so thorough that you would never know my front tooth was chipped.
