Honestly, the visits we had at Azar Orthodontics in O'Fallon, IL were helpful and the staff was super friendly. But life happens, you know? I had to cancel appointments because my kids got sick, we had scheduling conflicts, and one had an infected tooth. They were really gracious about it each time. Then yesterday I called and was shocked—they said they wouldn't see my kids anymore because of the cancellations. Had no idea that was coming. I get that orthodontic treatments need consistency, but I couldn't control these emergencies that needed more attention than keeping appointments. Even if they still chose not to see us, I wish I'd felt listened to by the lady I spoke with.

I had an issue with a permanent retainer from my old orthodontist as a kid. Dr Azar's office was able to get me right in and fix me up. Staff were so nice and Dr Azar is great. Would recommend going to again.
I can’t get a set of retainers sent to me be cause I moved out of state. I paid out of pocket for my braces and now they refuse to help me! Don’t go here for your braces if you expect any kind of after care treatment! Once they have your money, they don’t care! Apparently they don’t know how to address an envelope!

Being 60+ and deciding that NOW was the time to get adult braces in O'Fallon, IL felt maybe a little weird, but I'm SO glad I did it! Everyone at Azar Orthodontics was great—that perfect blend of friendly and professional. I'm past the braces stage now and on Day One with my retainer, with a goal of NOT losing/throwing away/somehow destroying it! A huge thanks to Dr. Azar's entire team. Anyone who thinks they're 'too old' for braces should definitely re-think that and go for it! And I know a great orthodontist if you're looking for a referral!

I called to see about possibly coming in for orthodontic treatment and the receptionist was very RUDE, non chalant and racist. I was in the middle of conversation and she purposely hung up on me like literally hung the phone up. I called back and asked are you the one hung up on me because she never stated her name and she said yes I thought you were done (I was asking a question). I asked if there was someone else I could speak with and basically she said that it was their policy not to take patients that are BLACK. Her whole attitude towards me was disturbing and I can NOT believe people are treated this way. The customer service I was provided is not a good look for the company or maybe it is!

I believe there may have been some miscommunication regarding our office policy. To be professional and ethical in our office, we have made it our policy to not accept transfer patients who are currently in braces with other offices in the area. I feel terrible that you felt you were treated rudely and I encourage you to call the office so that I can apologize to you personally on the phone and help you make the best decision moving forward with your current treatment.
We moved to Illinois from South Carolina and my son had braces when we moved here. I was worried about switching orthodontists in the middle of treatment, Azar Orthodontics helped us with a very smooth transition. The office staff are wonderful and we love being able to make Saturday appointments!!

When we started my daughter's orthodontia we were in New Jersey. We were warned by many people that moving in the middle of her orthodontic work would mean starting all over again in our new location. We did end up moving (ahhh, the military life) and I was VERY pleased with how Azar handled her transition. Instead of starting over again, or paying more for services the folks at Azar REDUCED our monthly bill! They are open and honest, courteous and clean, friendly and helpful and we couldn't be more pleased with the folks there!
The staff here is amazing, friendly and very accommodating. It's been exciting to see how my teeth have changed and have complete confidence in Dr. Azar for getting my teeth to look as best they can. I would recommend this office to anyone seeking treatment!
I was greeted with kind faces and a comfortable atmosphere when I stepped into the building. Everyone was very straight forward. They asked me simple questions and I felt very satisfied when I left. I've never been in an orthodontist building like this one. I'm sad that we're moving away from it.
