Finally went in for a consultation yesterday, and Dolores is just as sweet in person. Dr. Sung Hong took the time to explain my options for crowns & bridges step by step, really clear. Been coming to Dental Specialty Group since I was a kid, and honestly wouldn't go anywhere else. Dolores makes scheduling super easy, Joan the hygienist is so caring, and Dr. Hong is top-notch with the latest tech—like same-day 3D printing for crowns. No more yucky molds! Dr. Hong did a root canal and crown for me after a cracked tooth caused a lot of pain. He really tried to save my tooth and was so kind throughout. His skill and gentle manner are amazing. Dr. Hong and his team are wonderful. This full-service office in Sunnyvale offers state-of-the-art prosthodontic care. Dr. Hong is brilliant and has a great bedside manner. He can make a crown on-site the same day. Staff are friendly and kind too.

Who actually likes going to the dentist? I do, even though I drive almost 30 miles to get here. I went to clean my teeth. Joan, the hygienist was superb in cleaning my teeth throughly. Scales are gone and teeth shine. In contrast to 15 min to clean teeth, Joan took 40 min. Recommend Joan in 100%.

Great service. Dr. Sung Hong and staff provide good care to patients. Every time I come for cleaning they check all of my teeth one by one to make sure they are in good condition. I know my teeth are in good health thanks to their care.

Great I love Joan, she is the best Dental Hygienist I could ever have asked for. So thorough in her cleaning and checking. Also Dolores at the front desk is a gem. And last but not least, Dr Hong. 😃 He will be conservative and won't just fill for fillings' sake. You won't get better dental care anywhere. My aunt is a retired dental hygienist, I feel lucky I took the referral from her to come here almost 10 years ago now.
