The front staff and techs at this Cusseta clinic are amazing, but my visit with the doctor was really disappointing. She spent maybe three minutes in the exam room, didn't check my chart, and said I had strep even though I don't have tonsils. Then prescribed steroids without asking about my diabetes—that's gonna spike my sugar bad. This is the second time she's done something like this to me, so I won't be back for urgent care here again.

Only one nurse at the Cusseta location seemed professional—the last practitioner I saw was very dismissive and just wanted to "close up shop" to leave. I'm sticking to the Byron location instead, since they're more professional, accommodating, and have caring nurses. Won't be back to this CareConnect in Georgia for my medical visits.
