My favorite dentist in the whole world, Mrs. Natalie Powell, is going to be at Carilion Clinic Family Dentistry starting in January! I'm 47 and never went to a dentist until I got oral cancer. After treatment left me with a hole in my sinuses and missing teeth, Mrs. Powell and her helper reconstructed my mouth with crowns and prosthetics. I've been seeing her for 2-3 years now in Roanoke, and my teeth and mouth have been so well taken care of. She's tiny but definitely knows what she's doing - I'm 6'3" 270lbs and felt like an alligator!

I've been going to Carilion Clinic Family Dentistry in Roanoke since 2021. They've always been nice, friendly and respectful. When I first started, a gentleman dentist filled a couple teeth down to improve my bite - no other dentist had noticed I needed that. Recently got 4 crowns installed because my old ones were cracking. The new dentist is fantastic, and the support staff is awesome. Couldn't be more satisfied with the crown work she's done at this Virginia dental clinic.

Best dental experience I've ever had at Carilion Clinic Family Dentistry in Roanoke, VA. Everyone was super pleasant. Laura did a great job cleaning my teeth - in 35 years, I've never had them cleaned this well. It's so refreshing to have my mouth feel clean and normal again. The dentist was also super friendly and knowledgeable. They're easy to work with if you don't have insurance. This should be your new dentist office in Roanoke if you're looking to change.

A very pleasant atmosphere. From my first phone call to schedule, through the entire appointment they were extremely helpful. I learned a lot about my teeth and how to take better care of them. The dentist is very good at explaining everything and removed an implant retainer that has been bothering me for years; someone else got their tooth taken out while I was there! So they do a wide range of procedures.

I recommend Dr Keith Wilken.... he is the absolute best dentist I have ever been too. Very professional, knowledgeable, and caring. Dr Wilken is very detail oriented and never rushes me through appointments. I would not consider going elsewhere. His staff is like family.

Just called to see if I can set up an appointment. As soon as I told her I only have medicaid she couldn't get me off the phone fast enough. She did recommend another place. Of course she didn't have any info as far as a number, which is no big deal but I asked her where this facility is located and she that's when she really got short with me and I could hear her talking to someone else before she actually hung up the phone. So sorry to bother you! I'm in alot of pain and I don't normally write a review good or bad. I guess people who have medicaid are not as important!!

This establishment is wonderful. I received great service. They were kind, patient, and caring. They listened to my concerns and made me feel comfortable and at ease. They work until it is RIGHT!!!
