Loved Dr. Barnes and all his staff in Cumming. In the year+ my daughter's been a patient, it's been a pleasant experience. During the consultation, Dr. Barnes reviewed everything from cost to what to expect with her braces, and she made progress as expected. The only downside was when she broke her retainer, I had to take her back for new impressions and wait 3-4 weeks for a new one. During that time, it was a bit inconvenient, but overall, great care in Cumming, GA.

Our experience at Chattahoochee Family Orthodontics in Cumming, GA has been great. My son needed teeth aligned for double jaw surgery. Dr. Barnes introduced us to Dr. Roser for the surgery, and Dr. Barnes set the teeth up so well with adult orthodontics that recovery time was cut in half. Can't say enough good things—Dr. Barnes is so caring and compassionate with great care for his patients.

Took my 10-year-old daughter in for a braces consult yesterday in Cumming. Dr. Barnes is so kind! His staff is very nice and professional too. We love Dr. Hiser! He waited patiently to put my kids in braces as well as taking them off. We have 2 beautiful smiles in our house. The staff is fantastic as well, you always feel at home when you walk in.
In fifth grade I needed braces, so we went to the Hiser Orthodontics because my sister got her braces there. The staff was friendly, the building was comforting, and the overall experience was enjoyable. For two years I've been going there and I have no complaints. I absolutely love the staff, they have many contests, like wearing your shirt and being entered in a raffle for a gift card, taking pictures of you in your shirt doing crazy things, and many others. They are very gentle and always do what is needed. They are cooperative with your mouth type and they always know what to do and when. I highly recommend this amazing facility.
Our experience with Dr. Hiser was top notch. I cannot say enough about him and his staff. They were professional, fun, easy to work with and offered a relaxing atmosphere. I love the fact that Dr. Hiser runs a Christian business and that his staff stands by that daily...thank you Becky. Even though Dr. Hiser is not part of our insurance, I will definitely use him again should my last child need braces. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an orthodontist.
We visited several orthodontists when it was time for my eldest son to get braces. I liked Dr. Hiser's honest and conservative approach to orthodontics. The decision to use Dr. Hiser and his staff for my son was a great one! The braces were just removed and we had a fantastic experience. The staff was always friendly and accommodating. It is time for me to begin the orthodontics process with my youngest son, and there is no doubt in my mind that I will trust the Hiser staff once again!
I would recommend Hiser Orthodontics to everyone! I have two boys in braces now, and they look forward to going to their appointment each month! All the staff are sweet, friendly and always ready to talk about what's been going on with our family since they last saw us. Dr. Hiser is thorough and seems to have a good relationship with his employees while making the kids comfortable with whatever they are having done that day.
I also really like how Dr. Hiser and his staff give back around the county. I've seen the hygienist collecting money for charity and handing out programs at middle school basketball games.
