This place in Dacula, GA is a joke. I'm having them remove my son's braces after they lied about his treatment plan that we discussed before. I specifically talked to them about setting up a payment plan with my PayFlex account, and they said it was possible, but when it came time to do it, they refused. Now they "don't remember" the conversation—seems like a tactic to get us to agree to the contract and move forward with braces when that wasn't what we discussed. I'd caution anyone in the Dacula area thinking about orthodontic emergency care or other services here.

She forgets to wear her retainer a lot, but he's been really patient and communicates everything clearly with tons of detail, making sure we had no questions. When she broke her retainer, his office was nonjudgmental and made a new one—first replacement is free! Overall, it's been a great experience with orthodontics for teens here in Dacula.

Was recommended by my daughter’s new general dentist to this orthodontist. Took her for a consultation because we love the practice attached to them even though this would have been a second opinion still wanted it to work because of the recommendation. Had an appointment at 10am; checked in at 9:45am. I assumed this office would be very busy as again, they were a recommendation from another very busy practice.
It took 45 minutes before my daughter was seen which to me is a little ridiculous for a new patient appointment that took less than 10 minutes. Even still the doctor was VERY nice and took time to educate both me and my daughter about the treatment options he was suggesting. Where the appointment went left was prior to the doctor coming in, the Treatment Coordinator made a comment that I believe does not exemplify good customer service. Not only that but just kind of waived off my “issues” by saying, “I’m sorry we didn’t meet your expectations”. 🤮🤮🤮 No ma’am you were the issue!
Had it not been for that young lady I would have been open to discussing pricing to put on braces same day if possible and even to bring in a second child for a consult and braces; I just can’t imagine paying a red cent to any business I am not happy with to then be locked into having to deal with long wait times and snide remarks.
It’s a shame, I really liked the doctor and both the ladies that greet you when you arrive.

This office and it’s staff are AMAZING! Dr. Barnes is absolutely the best doctor I have ever met. He and his staff go the extra mile to ensure their patients are well taken care of and see the results they are expecting from braces. Sandra went above and beyond in making sure my braces wires were adjusted whenever they needed to be. All in all, I couldn’t be happier with the alignment of my teeth after my braces were removed.
Dr. Barns and staff have been amazing! My daughter's 8 and had to get upper braces and some other minor work and she enjoys coming every time because everyone is so friendly and professional! Dr. Barns was able to correct her issues within 12 months (won't be all cases) and we're getting braces off next month! We're so glad we found them because we won't go to anyone else...ever. My experience with this company has been more than great! My daughter saw a different Orthodontist prior to going to them. She was in pain constantly and more damage was done than what it was when the process started. I had a consultation with Dr. Barnes, he didn't speak down about the previous Orthodontist or the work that was done. He focused on his plan and what he could do to make things better. I was so impressed that even though I finally paid off the service at the old place I went to Dr. Barnes which mean I had to start payments all over again but boy has it been worth it! The service given is absolutely amazing!!! They are respectful, compassionate, understanding, friendly and affordable! They make me feel like family! I can't say enough about how much I appreciate and value them and the service they provide!!! I tell people about them all the time
