I have had 2 wisdom teeth removed and 2 molars removed at this office, as well as 2 implants put in. Dr Panchal is very calm and listens to your concerns. He is very skilled at what he does. Every extraction I've had, I've had minimal to zero swelling because he is very skilled and knows what he's doing. I saw the negative reviews people left and have a hard time believing any of them. Terrible, I’ve been calling for weeks straight, no one answers the phone and no one returns your voicemail. Patients don’t see oral surgeons because it’s part of your oral routine, they see oral surgeons because there’s a medical necessity or urgency. The fact no one here in 5 weeks can return a call just tells you how them as an office really cares about their patients. Don’t go here. I mean it’s not like you’d be able to get through to them anyway but don’t even bother wasting your time calling, you won’t get a call back. I’ll be reporting them to the insurance company.
Dr. Panchal is incredibly kind, honest, and immediately put me at ease. I was SO nervous going into the appointment for a consultation about my wisdom teeth, and he took the time to have a thoughtful conversation about my options in a way that no surgeon or dentist ever has. DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE EVER!!!!! This man is a Butcher. He was so aggressive with my husband who was already in extreme pain. He had 3 teeth extracted. I was there when he gave him the numbing needles he was so rough, did not put the gel on his gums prior to the injections. My husband has a high tolerance for pain but he was going out of the chair backwards. They gave him an IV to put him out. He never gave time for the medication to work. My husband felt every bit of the extractions. All 3 teeth were pulled in under 10 minutes (no exaggeration, I was clock watching). I was shocked when

This DOCTOR AND STAFF omg guys completely unprofessional VERY RUDE I HAVE NEVER FELT so DISRESPECTED!!!! Complete unprofessional And very aggressive at my daughter from The minute he walked inside of the room. He violated patient privacy as he was coming at me and my daughter aggressively to the waiting room about how insurance work and he's not the one to make up the rules . He completely disregarded her pain, staff was laughing about the whole situation. I requested medication at least for my daughter's pain and they refused. Highly recommend this place! I was there Wednesday morning for a wisdom tooth extraction while I was there the Dr. recommended I do the other one so I don’t have to come back since it was decayed as well..my last 2 wisdom teeth are gone!! I have had zero pain or anything!! The sleep medicine didn’t knock me out but I was relaxed, and felt no pain at all. He wasn’t heavy handed with the Novocain shots either!! Whole extraction took maybe 5 mins from after being numbed and given some relaxing meds. They immediately sent the antibiotics over to the pharmacy as well. 10/10!! They bring you to a little room after and then bring your “caretaker” to the room so you can leave after giving them the instructions!! It was the best experience in a time where nobody wants to be 😂.

I had two wisdom teeth pulled today and Dr. Panchal did a great job! The procedure was quick and painless and I was pretty much in and out of there in under 30 minutes. Definitely would recommend him!

This doctor is a manipulator / gaslighter. I went in because this place was the only place that took my insurance: I went to my primary dentist and they told me I have an infection in my root canal so I went in as soon as possible to see if I can get a drainage. He automatically Started bringing up extraction and said drainage won’t be covered by my insurance And he told me a way different price than what the front desk told me… He pretty much told me if it gets worse I can come back but right now I could pretty much live with it: then he told me that Only unlucky people get brain problems if they don’t get it fixed because I was worried about that the most if I live with this infection in my mouth… today - I get a phone call from Dentaquest for an approval for an extraction !!! When I never said yes to it!!!! He’s not professional nor nice - Thinks he’s a know it all when he should really get his license taken for malpractice if it wasn’t caught early enough. The front desk girls are nice but he’s a disaster and now I have to go to a second opinion just in case because living with that in your mouth should not be normal
i’ve never had an experience like this before with any dentist. i had to bring my little sister here to get her wisdom teeth removed because her normal dentist referred her to get them removed. i only went this office because they accept her insurance. when i got to the office and met Darshan Panchal, he was very rude and gave me a terrible vibe the second we walked in. he took one look at her mouth and said “i’m not touching her”. when i asked why, he said her wisdom teeth are slightly impacted. i was shocked because i was told by another dentist that they needed to be removed. i hadn’t looked at her mouth at all so i took a glance in her mouth to understand what he was talking about and he then got extremely pissed off and inappropriate. he said “are you listening to what i just said. you don’t look in mouth”. i told him i just wanted to see what he meant. he said “you do that at home, not in my office”. he then told me to get out and i was very taken back so i asked him if he was ok. he replied “are you ok!”, with very abrupt tone. i asked for my referral back and he threw it at me. i would never recommend going her. In 33 years, and being the oldest of 6 kids i had to raise, i have never seen a more unprofessional dentist. not only was he extremely nasty but he was in a rush because the waiting room was over packed, due to booking multiple people at the same time, And him being the only dentist in this small office. i wish i went through the reviews before going here because i now see alot of people commenting on his unprofessional behavior and attitude. teeth are very serious and you should make your clients feel the most comfortable when in your chair. he treated my little sister like a complete idiot for her first time going to an oral surgeon, and as her guardian you would think he would like to explain to me why he wouldn’t touch her. i was shocked and extremely upset that he disrespected us all within seconds of being in his office. i would highly recommend going somewhere else. i wanted to share my experience so no one else has the uncomfortable experience i did. i now know why he has his own small practice and doesn’t work with other dentists in a bigger office.
Can’t say whether they are a good office or not but I just figured I’d give some info and let people know before they schedule that this office only offers sedation. I’ve never seen a dentist office force patients into sedation. I’ve never had sedation anytime I’ve gone because I don’t have a fear and I’m pregnant so I definitely wouldn’t get it now because it is not recommended especially in the last trimester where I am. Really strange so figured I’d inform of the this is how he chooses to do it and no other choice.
I got two of my wisdom teeth removed on Friday morning and I was petrified!! The procedure took at most 30 minutes, it's insane how effortless it felt. It is very clear Dr Panchal is an extremely experienced professional. Front staff was very kind and I have already recommended him to my friends and family who may need future removal. I've heard many people complain about jaw soreness but I am going on day three and I feel almost completely fine, goes to show that Dr Panchal wasn't abrupt or heavy handed during the procedure. Dr Panchal is the best oral surgeon around. Had my wisdom teeth taken out years ago and had to return for the other side. Even though I was nervous and scared he made me feel more comfortable and relaxed. My appointment was booked sooner by office staff when I verbalized pain, the office is wonderful and accommodating and caring. Highly recommend this office and oral surgeon
I have never had a medical procedure done and I had a full-blown panic attack in the office with the doctor. Dr. Panchal kept me calm and kept reassuring me everything is going to be fine. He was very gentle and professional the whole time. Not only that it was way quicker than I thought it would be the staff and doctor in there are very good at what they do. I had two wisdom teeth extracted after not taking care of it for almost 10 years. Great experience. I even have terrible insurance and he still treated me with a tremendous amount of respect and dignity. If anything that's what I took away from this is dr. Panchal bedside manner is like no one I've ever met before. Going back next week to get the other two taken out without a doubt might not even have a panic attack this time

Very nice place! My husband and I had a very nice experience at this office both at separate appointments. Dr.Panchal is gentle when injecting your mouth before the procedure! My husband is terrified of any kind of procedures involving his teeth and the staff there was very nice. He's nurse was able to convince him to get his tooth extracted making him feel like he was in good hands. I will definitely be going back for any kind of tooth extraction.
