Terrible Billing department. Dr failed to provide required information to Insurance, causing a denial. Then, they kept sending big bills far in excess of what my Insurance would have paid per contract. Think that was the point. STAY AWAY

Dr Wei Guo put titanium implants (screws) in my upper jaw with out me knowing it and when I got an infection he said I was fine. I now have a permanent sharp bump where a tooth should be.

My initial interaction with Dr. Christie and his staff was great—friendly, informative, comfortable environment. The extraction seemed fine until two weeks later when I still had extreme cheek bone pain on one side. When I went in for answers, they basically said it was all in my head and nothing was wrong. That wasn't a great experience and made me wonder why I removed my teeth.

Dr. Guo and his staff in Federal Way were incredible! Called on Tuesday for a wisdom tooth removal and got scheduled for surgery that Thursday. They did the consultation and surgery the same day—huge time saver. They were upfront about everything and very comforting since I was anxious from past dental experiences. Post-surgery, pain was way better than expected, though I ended up with a dry socket probably due to my age (37) and how impacted the tooth was.

Two days later, nothing, so I left a message on Friday. Didn't hear back Monday, so Tuesday I called again. Someone answered with some story about working on it but the insurance number she...

Dr. Wei Guo,,, in my opinion, is the best. The Dr and his staff showed care and respect. I went there for a molar extraction. I was in and out in less than an hour. There was no pain involved, no excessive bleeding, and no discomfort in my mouth days afterwards .

Getting all four wisdom teeth out in Federal Way was way easier than I expected. Dr. Guo and his team were super kind and made me feel calm before the anesthesia. The surgery itself was quick, and I was back on my feet after a few days. Before I knew it, the wounds healed and no more pain. Honestly, 10/10 would go through wisdom teeth removal again with Dr. Guo, but I already got all four out!
