Dr. Luga and his team are phenomenal! He is extremely professional, friendly, and detail oriented. He tells What to expect throughout the procedure so that you know what is coming. The staff are also very attentive and want to make sure you are comfortable throughout the procedure. Follow up instructions are also very clear. If you have oral surgery needs, I would highly recommend Dr. Luva and his team.

I had a great experience at the office! The staff greeted me warmly, made me feel comfortable right from the start and were very reassuring. And, I can't say enough wonderful things about Dr Luga! Dr. Luga removed my son's wisdom teeth last week. He took great care of my son and made the whole experience comfortable for him. He explained everything to me before and after his surgery. His staff is very friendly and efficient as well. I would highly recommend Dr. Luga if you're looking for an excellent oral surgeon.

I would not recommend for wisdom tooth extraction. My doctor was rude and aggressive with me. Took me 3weeks to recover and the put me on a antibiotic that disagreed with my gut. They put 5 syringes into my jaw and they forced my jaws wide open. When I called to let them know they told me to continue on it anyway. I had to call my physician to get assistance. My CURRENT dentist did a 3d X-ray of my head and pulled the other wisdom tooth 🦷 out with no problems. Funny Fort Wayne Maxillofacial claimed that the roots were to low for a dentist to pull. However that was the case and the rest of the wisdom teeth were extracted successfully with minimal pain

We received excellent patient care when we brought our son in to have his wisdom teeth removed. The doctor called the night before to answer any questions that we had and to go over the instructions. We also received a follow up call after the procedure. We would highly recommend this practice. They are friendly and professional and made sure that we had a great experience.

Your whole staff is very kind and works together well. First couple days rough, pain and swelling, bruising but to be expected. Hopefully in a few more days it will be better each day.

Wonderful staff. Doctor was just as wonderful. Have no complaints. Removal of tooth was quick. Felt a little discomfort from wedge as I came out but it was very little. Hats off to the staff and Dr. Luga for a great experience!

We are very pleased with our experience. We had an initial consultation for wisdom teeth removal at another business that was recommended by our dentist. We were very skeptical walking out of that office. After that consultation we looked around at other providers and got recommendations from some other people we knew. I am so glad we chose Dr. Luga instead of our initial consultation originally elsewhere. This office was well put together, professional and everyone was very informative. Dr. Luga took time to talk with us and make sure we had all the information needed as well as answer any questions. I will recommend this office to anyone in the future.

My experience as far as treatment was excellent. Dr. Luga was wonderful and my pain is very well managed. My only complaint would be the way they handled the bill. I was told ahead of time over the phone, that they were out of network for my insurance and that I would be responsible for the bill. I asked the gentleman who I spoke with if they would bill me and he said yes. After my procedure was completed and I was waking up from anesthesia, a staff member was explaining to my Mom , (who was my driver, I am an adult), that they forgot to tell me that the full charge for my procedure was due today. It was over $1400. I asked if I could pay 1/2 and be billed for the remainder, to which I was told no. I paid it, but that is not right to expect someone to do that without notice. Not everyone could have and it was a slight burden on me.
