If I could give zero stars I would. Wasted $200 on my daughter's whitening—saw virtually no results. They offered a touch-up for extra money. Place is unprofessional and dirty. I'm sure most reviews are from friends. Should have walked out the minute I stepped in.

This woman is a scammer. Took my $50 deposit when I booked online. She showed up almost an hour late—pretty sure she bets you'll leave so she can keep it. I had to leave before she started, she said she'd refund but never did, then ignored my texts. Had to dispute with my bank. The building where she rents space in Atlanta is run-down and unprofessional.

1st let’s start with the costumer service.. No shade but upcoming businesses can lack great customer service and can be a lil rude. Alexandria was super nice and patience with me. My first time getting my teeth whitened and also as a smoker I had many questions. She did not hesitate to answer any of my questions and was super nice about it. Her shop is super clean (smells great) and her appliances are clean. I was super skeptical at 1st but my results where beyond amazing!!!
