Decided to go to this beauty supply because I had time to spare and family told me they had the viral tiktok perfumes available to smell so I figured I’d stop by to sample them. I’m a frequent shopper here by the way & so is my mom and my sister. Usually, when you walk into images, you’re immediately greeted, this time Nobody said anything. the perfumes were sitting right in the front as soon as you walk into the door right in front of the lady who does eyebrows she seen me as I walked in and did not say anything so I’m standing there looking at over 25 perfumes and since I had time, I decided to smell them all, well as I’m smelling them into like my 10th one the lady jumps up from doing eyebrows takes a deep breath and says “here I’ll just help you smell them because you can’t smell them through a top”. I politely told her no I do not want you to spray them I can infact smell them through the top and HELLO to you too, the perfumes are so strong that you don’t even need to spray them. I have a heightened sense of smell so I did not want to spray them. She sat back down then a min later asked me what scent was I looking for as if she was bothered by me standing there. I said to her I’m just browsing the scents is that a problem ??” She ignored me then start texting on her phone seconds later a boy walks up beside me and says Hello. Iguess she texted him when I haven’t done anything wrong but smell perfume . This is the first time I’ve ever received bad service at this location …Omar needs to return to his store because they just lost a loyal customer I’ll be goin to Beauty Icon from now on..🙄

This beauty supply store has supplied me for 4 years straight . I drive 30 minutes every time just to go to this specific store . They genuinely have amazing customer service and support , they have most if not everything that you may need ( and when they may be out of stock they send you to another one of their locations that are available) and the staff are always very knowledgeable and try to get you the best deal possible. If it weren’t for me moving 4 hours away THIS would be my beauty supply store for life 🥺❤️MY SHAYLAAAAA
