Had my full dentures done here and they turned out absolutely perfect. The dentist actually looked at old photos of my teeth to match them exactly — even the same shape and color. They have great suction too, no adhesive needed. Honestly, he's an artist. Plus they accepted Medicaid, which was a huge help. If you need dentures in Federal Way, this is the place.

I only put one star because I had to. They rushed me through the paperwork and then I never heard from them. If I knew it would be like this, I would have kept my bad teeth. Now I'll have to get them relined somewhere else. Very disappointed.

Took my partial denture in to get a front tooth reattached. They charged $200 and said it would be temporary because the denture was old. Within two weeks the tooth fell off again. When I brought it back, they wanted another $150 to redo it. I was shocked — they never told me it would only last that short. Very disappointed with the repair work.
