I did a lot of research to find the best place for my kids’ dental treatment, and I am so glad I chose Dr. Kunsemiller. He is an amazing professional and very kind with my kids. The staff are polite, professional, and very helpful, making us feel welcome every time we visit. The office is clean, smells wonderful, and the coffee is delicious. They also offer very good financial plans, which makes care even more accessible. Highly recommend this practice!

Can't say enough good things about Dr. Kunsemiller here in Shiloh. Not only is he really skilled with clear braces, but he's got this great sense of humor that makes every visit actually enjoyable. He explains everything clearly and makes you feel comfortable. Rare to find someone who's both professional and fun, but he nails it. Definitely recommend if you want quality care with a great vibe!

Very disappointed in my treatment altogether. Nothing was done that i was told would be done. This orthodontist was never friendly to me. Always distant and standoffish. I literally felt like I wasn't welcomed every time I came in here. I ask questions and felt like a bother to him or basically felt dumb for asking. Every visit I had I felt completely uncomfortable. Treatment ended way before I was told and I see hardly no difference in my teeth. This guy sees me each time for maybe 2 minutes so it's no wonder my teeth still look like trash! His attitude is always nonchalant as if he does not care about taking my treatment plan seriously. I'm sure "others" have had better luck but I've been treated poorly. I was recently blindsided that my braces would be off on my next appointment when they've barely been on for a year and I'm sure I was told 2 years in the beginning. Even after being told my braces will come off at my next appointment, I need to basically have the majority of my balance. I could have worked that down had I known they would be off sooner than I expected and financially planned for. I feel completely cheated and just defeated. I'm sure I'm the only person who will have this awful experience. Almost $3000 for an unpleasant experience and my same teeth with no effort put into my treatment AT ALL. I should have went to another orthodontist that shows care and consideration and actually cares to TALK to their patients, pays attention and does what they say they will do. The 2 stars is only because the techs seem somewhat friendly. Even the receptionist didn't have a great attitude. I would not recommend going here, but I'm sure for other reasons I was just flat out treated like I didn't matter as a patient.
UPDATE 7/10/25-This guy never returned any of my calls to notify me that I was dismissed as a patient and wants to charge me $500 to take my braces off when he ruined my teeth in the first place. His receptionist confirmed he got my call. Do you really think I would trust you to touch my teeth after all the ridiculous nonsense you caused just by half assing my treatment in the first place!? Absolutely UNPROFESSIONAL, HORRIBLE and HEARTLESS person! Wouldn't recommend him to ANYONE! And I'm glad your receptionist stated "that's not how you treat people" because you definitely treated me like that and I'll definitely share my experiences about it legally! Maybe you'll explain to them what prompted you to treat particularly ME, like trash since I've barely said one word to you since meeting you. Common courtesy is something you SEVERELY lack. Good luck with that!

Dr. K is seriously the best orthodontist in Shiloh. Obviously knows what he's doing, plus he's actually nice and friendly! Respects your time too - never keeps you waiting. Came in with crooked bottom teeth and he set me up with retainers that straightened everything out. Process was easy and results are great. Highly recommend coming here.

Very clean professional establishment. Short wait times and very friendly staff. Has the "we are happy to service you" environment. Services both children and adults. I am extremely satisfied with the service I receive. Dr. Kunsemiller is happy to talk with you and educate you on dental care. Very satisfied customer.
Never have to wait. Short adjustments get me in and out. Very happy with the progress my teeth are making so far. Dr Jeff is definitely an artist in his field. Due to my lack of wearing retainers, I had to get braces on again. Dr Jeff is making quick work of undoing the mess I made. Also, the staff is very friendly and always so polite. The office is also very clean and they have taken COVID very seriously.
Dr. Kunsemiller and his staff are absolutely wonderful! They are very friendly, helpful, relaxed, and down to earth. My oldest son, whom had braces through Dr. Kunsemiller, has a wonderful smile, and now my younger son will have the same wonderful smile! This office is very much about making you feel comfortable, and very unpretentious. I would highly recommend this office for all of your orthodontic needs.
We couldn't be happier with the care and treatment we receive with each appointment to Dr. Kunsemiller. The entire staff is wonderful, but it is Dr. Kunsemiller himself that makes having orthodontia an easy experience. He guides his practice with warmth and integrity, making patients (and parents of patients) feel as though they were his own family: with thoughtful consideration to the best and most appropriate treatment, with attention to the patient's growth and development.
We would highly recommend Dr. Kunsemiller to anyone looking to get orthodontic services. I love the fact that you're greeted by name when you walk in the door. We've never had to wait more than a couple of minutes to be seen, and usually walk straight back to the exam chair. The staff went above and beyond to help my daughter overcome her fear of starting her orthodontic treatment. Plus, the prices are reasonable. What more could you ask for?
