Honestly, my family and I have been patients at this Mooresville dentist for 7 years now, and it's been such a great experience. They're a fantastic family practice—everyone on staff is super sweet and professional. Had my first appointment with Dr. Montgomery at this Mooresville dentist today, and she was the most down-to-earth and attentive dentist I've been to. She broke things down honestly about my teeth, listened to my concerns, and referred me appropriately to an orthodontist and periodontist instead of just pushing procedures. Really appreciate that honesty—it's hard to come by, especially with something like orthodontics.

Staff here in Mooresville are super friendly, and I've loved Dr. Montgomery. But lately, they're too busy to schedule timely visits. Had a dental emergency and was told I'd have to wait over a week for an appointment, which forced me to find emergency dental care elsewhere in NC. Just wish they could fit emergencies in sooner.

Great visit as usual at this Mooresville dental clinic. Waited maybe 5 minutes, and I was in and out in 45 minutes tops. Had an issue that needed fixing ASAP, and they fit me in the next morning. Can't ask for better service with dental fillings or emergencies here in NC. Don't let one dentist being a Michigan fan deter you—give them a call, you won't be disappointed.

Absolutely the best dental practice I’ve ever been to. Dr Montgomery was wonderful, my hygienist Nicole and the entire staff were wonderful. I can not recommend them enough. If it takes a bit to get scheduled to been seen, it is worth the wait!!!

Whether it's our regular check-ups or our children's orthodontic treatments – from braces to clear aligners – they handle everything expertly. We highly recommend them!
It is always a pleasant experience working with the doctors and staff at Lembo Montgomery. Their facility is a pleasure to visit and environment of the dental space is comfortable. I enjoy having the TV above giving me something to think about while having my dental work done. Dr. Montgomery is always kind and takes the time to connect personally even though she is very busy. Everyone is professional and friendly. Very nice office. I was surprised to see a small tv attached to the lighting above the exam chair! Nice to have a little distraction during any procedures. I see Dr. Lembo and she does fantastic work! In repairing, rebuilding, restoring and working to retain my teeth, she has completed impeccable work. Beautiful transitions, super smooth across your tongue. She makes sure you are 100% pleased before you leave. I don’t even feel the local injections.
First visit to Lembo Montgomery was an eye opener. Their attention to detail showed they are thorough. All my teeth were mapped out - identifying fillings, bridges, caps, visible condition, color, and gum and bone condition.
A thorough cleaning under my gums was performed with no discomfort.
Only issue was office layout. Conversation in next room was easily heard and was distracting.

Going to the dentist has always caused me a lot of anxiety after multiple bad experiences at other dental offices. I have been going to L & M for just over a year now and I can honestly say this is the best experience I’ve had at a dentist office. Everyone that works there is kind, compassionate, and caring, especially for my daughter. I definitely recommend! Also, they have massaging dental chairs! 🤩
Wanted to say thanks for one of the best dental experiences I've had since moving to Mooresville, NC! When I called as a new patient, I was told it'd be six months, but they put me on a call list and called twice to offer sooner appointments. Was ecstatic to get in today after 2½ years away from the dentist. Nervous I'd messed up my mouth, but it was a pleasant surprise—the hygienist was exceptional during my oral cancer screening and answered all my questions.

This is a very professional and honest Practice. There never is a wait time for your appointment. I had a really bad experience with an implant crown at a prior dentist. I’ve been seeing Dr. Lembo for options to fix it. We are in the process now and she’s doing everything she can to make it better. She’s the best! I also had a cleaning recently and it was great experience.
