Harassing me for a balance bill and then charging me more on top of it. My insurance paid them what they were owed, with the write off per the insurance. They are now trying to break the surprise billing act of 2020 because "doesn't the dr deserve to be paid". Sure....but $525 for him to look at my son and say "well they're baby teeth they'll fall out anyway" after a face trauma in Parkview ER. $525 for a "consult" and I wasn't provided a choice who saw my som as we were in the ER. I now have to go back and forth with my insurance company to fight with them. Next "bill" will be turned into the AG office at state level because I'm tired of the back and forth.
My daughter was supposed to have surgery here. I put 1300.00 down as I was told insurance wouldn’t cover the cost of a chain and bracket. I was okay with that. Once insurance told them they were paying for it and my secondary insurance was covering anything that wasn’t covered by my primary insurance they then requested an additional 1700.00 before I could even schedule my daughter’s surgery. I took my daughter elsewhere with no issues at all. I requested a refund weeks ago for the 1300.00 I already paid them and have yet to receive it. Every single time I call I get told the lady that deals with that is out of the office. Highly recommend going elsewhere if you don’t want to be robbed of your money!!!
After Rescheduling my Appointment 3 times with my Oral Surgeon, we finally got in for my tooth extraction. Not only did I not get the appropriate time for the Anastasia Pill to take effect but the Nurses and Doctor were rough and reckless with the IV in my arm. No Oxygen Mask. And the Surgeon was extremely rude and careless.
Two days off work, two 50 mile trips one way to have this tooth removed, a bunch of smoke blown the first trip on how they were going to gas me to put me under and I won’t feel nothing. Then get there today and find out they don’t even use gas just an iv. I said we will see you later and walked out with my tooth still in my mouth.
Currently sitting in the office off Engle Road. Again. Multiple visits to get a broken tooth pulled for my mother. We've been here for 3 hours today. Joy. Overwhelming stench of burnt popcorn. Gross. At the dentist?? Lovely muzak coming from the ceiling (not) competing with the too loud TV set to HGTV. No one wants to hear both. But it doesn't really matter as the waiting room is packed full and all 9 other occupants are watching tiktok/youtube/Netflix in 7 different languages and all at full blast. It smells in here.
Miguel was extremely kind and friendly i was terrified of having to get a wisdom tooth removed he made me feel really comfortable he made the experience great the doctor on the other hand was dismissive and when explaining the procedure didn’t look me in the face but instead every wall and the ceiling he didn’t believe me when i told him i could feel pain i was adamant and he grudgingly gave me another numbing shot
If I could give zero stars I would. The office manager is horrible. Told me they have hundreds of patients so it doesn’t matter if I don’t come back. They have owed me a 700 dollar refund for almost a month. I would never waste my time going to this place. I have attached a picture of the doctors name due to how horrible the entire experience was.
Dr.Singh did my wisdom teeth I seen him in office for consult for my wisdom teeth we talked about my anxiety and disability and we work as a team on the best treatment which include putting me under general anesthesia in a hospital setting which was done August 25. He did a very good job I had minimal pain and swelling from the surgery. Thank you Dr Singh for being a good oral surgeon
Maxillofacial and Doctor Treasure were incredibly kind and easy to work with. They were flexible and quick with my crazy schedule. I had an infected wisdom tooth that was causing me a lot of pain. I am here as a student, so I do not have a dentist in the area. They were super easy and patient, even with a new patient. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and helpful.(Even remembered my name before my appointment!). They were also so understanding of my incredible lateness for a last minute appointment. I was still able to get in the same day. The surgery itself was super fast and I already feel ten times better.
PS to the nurse who I rambled at for five minutes thank you for being so patient :)
I wish I could give the doctor 0 stars. My 11 year old came here to get a tooth pulled and prior to surgery day we came for a consultation where I had to fill papers out. I put that she has autism emotional disorder ptsd and anxiety so again prior to this day they knew all of this. She has never got an IV before and is terrified of needles and in the middle of her getting it the doctor yells stop acting like your 5. Maybe if he read her paperwork properly he would of known mentally she is about 6. I do not recommend this doctor for any children with special needs he was absolutely awful and if the IV was not already in I would of left immediately. You do not talk to kids like that especially a child with special needs. 😡😡😡😡😡
The office is very slow to get a translator, which is being required by the dentist. I called Anthem and they told me the office had to contact them, and they would provide a translator. I have called the office several times and it seems they prefer to use their own translation service, which does not call them back. Meanwhile the patient waits for an appointment to examine a suspicious lesion which does not heal. We are still waiting for the MOMs translation service to call the office back. It has been about a month.
I had an appointment this morning with Dr Reifeis. He was Awesome! He took extra time to get to know me and any situations I was going through. Explaining what was going to happen during my procedure and even going over the X-rays with me in detail. The girls at the front desk were great also! I left with a little bag that included an emergency phone number and chap stick. I would definitely recommend this office! Thank you!
Doctor is amazing and the nicest!!!! Wish I could say the same for the ladies at the desk when you make your payment
Unfortunately, our experience was less than desirable. I began the process of getting my daughter’s wisdom teeth pulled almost 3 months ago and she still has them. The doctor rescheduled our initial consultation. Then we had to wait at least a week for the PA to return to schedule the surgery. Once they called to schedule it, the soonest appointment was 3 weeks out. The week of her scheduled surgery the office called to reschedule. The first appointment they offered me was 6/25/19 (it was the 2nd week of May when they called). I politely stated that would not work. They called the next day and offered me an appointment on 5/31/19. I took that appointment. Today, after waiting for about 30 mins, we were told that our insurance company was denying the claim. The receptionist could not tell me why. She offered to let me pay cash though. No, thank you. So, we left. I called the insurance company. And what they told me was shocking! The PA was submitted on 4/22 and DENIED on 4/29 because the office does not accept our insurance. Unbelievable!! Now I get to start the process all over again with another doctor.
The staff and especially Dr Luga were wonderful. They were very welcoming and explained in detail before the process and especially after the surgery. They wanted to be sure the after surgery instructions were followed. We also received a call the next day to check on my husband’s status. I would wholeheartedly recommend this office to anyone.
Friendly staff, doc answered all of my questions and I was amazed with how relatively painless the surgery was.
My daughter had all 4 wisdom teeth removed and had no difficulty. The doctor was very professional and took very good care of her. He was understand of her being nervous.
I had my teeth removed Jan 9 this was the best dentist I ever been to. He told me everything I needed to know up front. What to expect. I highly recommend this place.
In March, my oldest son had his wisdom teeth removed. We had a positive experience with the practice. Everyone was very professional and helpful. There were no complications and the surgery went smoothly. My youngest son is due to have his wisdom teeth taken out this summer. We will be taking him to Midwest Oral Surgery. Thanks for the great work.
My daughter was scheduled to get her wisdom teeth cut out. So we show up for the appointment, check in and wait ti be called back, mind you people come, people go an hour and a half later I went up to say when are we getting called back. They forgot about her (we're sitting in front of the check in window). Also at her consultation she was seen by one doctor who we asked to see in the first place. Day of surgery another doctor was there to do the surgery. She had a follow up appt which she had to take off work for the office called her several times to change the appt time. The final call said if she wasn't in any pain not to come in. This office is a joke I personally don't recommend it to no one. Not happy
