My experience with Dr. Castagna was amazing!
I had to get braces for my second time, this time as an adult due to my bottom row shifting from impacted wisdom teeth. Dr.Castagna was honest and upfront about what my options were and what would work best for me. Ultimately we went with traditional braces for 6 months and my teeth are now perfect.
At my final appointment he took my braces off and was able to make corrections too two of my teeth that had ridges that I didn’t like. He made sure that I was happy with my smile despite having to go in multiple times to make adjustments for me.
His staff is always extremely friendly, cheerful and inviting. I can’t say enough good things about his practice. 100% recommend.
New Smile Orthodontics is the best. The staff is always so pleasant and friendly. My daughter got her braces almost 2 years ago and we were both nervous but everyone made her feel so comfortable. She is actually sad that her braces will be coming off soon and she won’t be going there every 6 weeks. Dr. Castagna really knows how to make the children feel comfortable. I would highly recommend this place.
I can only give the highest props to Dr. Castagna as I relived my awkward geeky adolescence by getting braces for the second time in my life. This time, as an adult, I opted for Invisalign. Although it was annoying to have to floss and brush multiple times a day (you remove the Invisalign retainers to eat, then must brush your teeth before putting them back in), I preferred this to the alternative of traditional braces at my age. Dr. Castagna and his staff are awesome every step of the way - from the initial consultation to regular visits to the last appointment. His estimate for the length of time the process would take was spot-on, and I'm thrilled with the results! I'll add that Dr. Castagna was very open, honest, and realistic about what I could hope to achieve, never over-promising or under-delivering. Much of the staff has had braces, as well, so they can relate to your experience. It seems that more of his patients are kids based on the people I encountered during my visits, and Dr. Castagna has an easygoing manner and great rapport with them. He's always friendly and upbeat. Great energy at the office. Can't recommend New Smile Orthodontics enough, no matter what your age! Thanks, Dr. Castagna and team!
