Had to give one star but it's really zero. Ordered septocaine 2 weeks ago, all expired 9/30/2023. Called Eugene, he was rude and accused me—a dentist of 30 years—of trying to send him different product. We have the box it came in, all lot numbers match, but they won't make it right. They claim we switched items. Never supporting this company again. Dentists, check everything you order from here.

Terrible service. Item never delivered, called for over 4 weeks to let them know and get a refund. No response to emails, called constantly and they said they can't refund or accommodate. Honestly a terrible experience. Don't shop here, not worth the headache.

Been a long-time customer of Optimus Dental Supply in Grimes, IA. When Kenny was here, no issues. Recently ordered black gloves, got white. Mistake happens, no big deal. That was with Travis. Then ordered barrier film with Travis again—3 weeks go by, I forgot I ordered it since it usually comes next day. Called Laura, she said sorry, called UPS, said it was lost, would be there next day. Next day nothing! Really frustrating.

They will not communicate with customers. “ Shipped” and item that was never delivered. They do not send priority mail and therefore you have no protection. Item will not be reshipped nor will you be refunded.
they have the worst customer service possible , they decline phone calls and don’t respond to emails . i ordered from them a very long time ago and the product hasn’t even shipped yet
No customer service at all. Emailed multiple times, called multiple times -no response in any way. I get there is a few things going on right now, but if you are unable to respond, put it on your site or something. Very disappointed.
Horrendous customer service. No communication on order issues. They said to tell them if I wanted to cancel, then cancelled two hours later. I paid $17.95 for UPS 2nd Day Air, they downgraded to Priority Mail Flat Rate costing $8.00 and didn't refund the difference. Called and spoke to Eugene who claimed to be the owner—he was rude and said he hoped my family caught COVID-19 since we wouldn't get his face masks. Then threatened me if I reported him. Unbelievable.

I purchased from them four years ago and out of the blue they start sending me emails about my recent purchase. I asked them to stop and a week later they ask me to leave a product review. They also don't have an unsubscribe link in their email campaigns. That's illegal.
Ordered dental supplies from Optimus Dental Supply and the products had less than 6 months shelf life. They accepted the return but didn't take ownership—no replacement, no refund on shipping. The owner Eugene was unprofessional, claiming short shelf life is normal for that manufacturer. I ordered the same item from a competitor and got almost 2 years shelf life. Not happy.
