Dr was fabulous as usual and the staff top notch but website for pre- registration needs work I had to provide most of the information again at check- in that I did on pre checkin . I can say that the overall experience was professional , complete And through . Dr Butler is the best oral surgeon i have ever had in my 69 years of going to the dentist . I recommend him highly !

Dr. Butler is AWESOME!! Was very dreadful of having a tooth extracted, but it literally only took 30 seconds to do. The entire staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend to anyone.

We had a wonderful experience at OMSA. My 11 year old daughter had to have 5 teeth extracted and the entire staff made us feel at ease and comfortable.
The procedure went perfectly and the staff was so helpful and caring with my daughter the entire time.
They even called the next day to check up on her and ask if we had any questions.
I would 100% recommend OMSA!

I had a tooth extraction this morning by Dr. Steven Butler annd the entire experience was very positive. Dr. Butler was so professional and I was amazed at how smoothly and quickly my procedure was completed. The staff was very kind, too; especially Gabby, who was so sweet and reassuring prior to my procedure.

They were very fast at my wisdom tooth extraction but not friendly. I was just 1 of the rooms. I have bad anxiety so when I started to panic they ignored me and left to go to the next patient. During procedure the doctor was bragging about how great he was at understand garbled talk and started mimicking me. As soon as he was done he didn't say a thing to me and left the room. The ladies that walked me back there and took me back to the lobby we're friendly and one nurse handed me a tissue but that was it. If you already have anxiety around going to the doctor it doesn't help to be traumatized further

Dr Butler extracted a sharp piece of bone from where my wisdom tooth was removed from a couple of weeks ago. He made me feel soooooo much better. His staff were all friendly & helped me a lot.

I recently had a very concerning experience at OMSA. During my visit, I was extremely worried about a potential infection. Unfortunately, the nurse practitioner was initially looking at the wrong X-rays and assured me that everything was fine based on another patient's results. This mix-up caused me significant distress and almost led to me being sent home without the proper treatment, I was the one who had to correct the nurse practitioner. Had I been sent home with an undiagnosed infection, it could have resulted in serious health consequences.
This situation reflects a serious lapse in the quality of care I received. Given the circumstances, I felt it necessary to request a review of the remaining $1,500 balance on my bill. I am currently awaiting their response and hope they will address my concerns appropriately. I completely lost trust with omsa.

Staff was so friendly and helpful from the moment I stepped into the office. The doctor went above and beyond helping me with my initial reason for coming in and also addressed another issue and took care of it , to avoid my having to come back as I live an hour away.

Dr. Butler is the best. I have been to him several times now. Getting a tooth pulled is always nerve wracking. However Dr. Butler is so good at what he does. It is over before you know it. He makes the atmosphere very relaxed. I would recommend him to anyone.
Dr Butler and all the staff were excellent, caring and professional. The only negative During the whole process was, I chose OMSA because they have an office on Carnegie on the west side of Ft Wayne. Dr Butler met me there for my initial consultation, but for all remaining visits I had drive to their office on E State St. I felt they were very deceptive about this.
Nobody likes getting their mouth worked on, but this is the only place I would have it done. They are very friendly, but that doesn't slow them up. Virtually no wait time, everyone moves like a well oiled machine and Dr. Butler does great work. I've had two experiences with them and was very impressed both times.
Would definitely recommend Dr. Butler! I had a tooth pulled and was very nervous about it due to prior experiences with different dentists. He made me very comfortable and had the tooth out in less than 3 minutes! It was easy and pain free! Will never go anywhere else for this service should I need it again. My experience at OMSA was excellent from the moment I walked into the door until I checked out. Everyone was so nice so professional, so caring it was just a wonderful experience or as wonderful as it can be when you get teeth removed. Everyone there cared how I was doing and didn’t waste any time got me in and got me out very quickly I would recommend you guys to anybody.
Dr Reed and his staff were very professional and comforting through out my visit with them. I do not like needles but Dr Reed was quick while one staff member comforted me. I did not feel anything and it was done fast. I would recommend this office to anyone I talk to. Thank you for a job well done.
