My son started his braces journey in 2023 and just got them off today. Such an improvement in his teeth and bite! The staff has been nothing but wonderful and informative. I specifically sought him out because he’s one of the few providers in the country offering this advanced treatment, and he truly lived up to his reputation.
After being quoted $10,000 by another provider, Dr. Schwartz offered me a significantly more affordable price (about $4,000 less) without compromising on quality or care. My case involved an open bite, which is typically considered difficult to treat, but Dr. Schwartz never made me feel like a challenge. His confidence, communication, and patience were evident throughout the entire process.
He was consistently attentive, checking in regularly and ensuring I understood each step. I traveled from Westchester County to Long Island every 6–8 weeks for my appointments, and it was absolutely worth it. On one occasion, I arrived very late due to traffic, and despite it being after business hours, Dr. Schwartz waited for me. He never made me feel like an inconvenience.

Dr. Schwartz is amazing, kind, respectful, and very patient. We had the best results in a quick time with braces.
