I thought a hospital was supposed to be a safe place to bring your kids when they get hurt. Apparently not here. Will never go back to this ER in Cleburne.
We're truly sorry your visit to Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Cleburne Emergency Room didn't feel safe for your child. We want every family to feel secure when they come to us for emergency care. Please reach out to our patient advocate so we can learn more about what happened and make it right.
Went to this ER twice in one week, and my husband went once too. Nobody there actually listens to patients—at least not us. I gave them all my info, repeated my symptoms, but the staff just seemed like they were going through the motions. The doctor told me I was having a panic attack. Next day my husband insisted we go somewhere else. We went to Baylor Scott & White ER in Burleson and they found a congenital condition in my skull. Enough said. Skip Texas Health Harris if you want real care. The emergency room in Cleburne just didn't cut it for us.

One of the worst parts of this hospital is they want to keep you bedridden the whole time. You have to ask permission to get out of bed or go to the restroom because they have an alarm on everything.
We understand your frustration with the bed alarm system at Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Cleburne. It's in place for patient safety, but we can see how it felt restrictive. We'll review our protocols to balance safety with comfort. Please contact us if you'd like to discuss further.
They don't tell you until after you see the physician that the doctors they have aren't covered by your insurance. Stay far away if you don't want a bill over $2k for a doctor who slaps an easy diagnosis on you to get you out the door.
We're sorry to hear about the unexpected billing issue at Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Cleburne Emergency Room. We strive to be transparent about insurance coverage. Please contact our billing department so we can review your situation and help clarify any charges. Your feedback helps us improve our process.
Doesn't matter who runs this ER. You should be appalled at how dirty it is. I hope the administration sees this and takes a hard look at their sterile initiative. It's unbelievable to see dust on everything, used IV components on the floor of patient rooms, and worst of all, nurses not wearing gloves when handling multiple people. This place should be embarrassed. Unbelievable that next time I'd feel safer driving half an hour and almost dying than coming here.
We're disappointed to read this about Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Cleburne Emergency Room. Cleanliness and patient safety are top priorities, and we clearly failed in your case. We are investigating the issues you raised and will take immediate corrective action. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
Had to come to this ER today and was honestly impressed. Everyone was kind and efficient. They took care of me and let me go in record time. Check-in, triage, registration, nurse, doctor—all just wonderful. If you need emergency care in Cleburne, this is the place.

The wait is horrible and no one in the lobby my daughter has been waiting for 3 hrs and have not been called at all!
I had the best nurse! Needed two shots in my bottom and she was fast and didn't hurt me like lots of nurses in the past. Plus she was a sweetheart. Shout out to nurse Olivia in the emergency room!
Thank you for the kind words about nurse Olivia at Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Cleburne Emergency Room! We're proud of her and the whole team for providing compassionate care. We'll make sure she gets your shout-out. Come see us again if you ever need us!
I had really hoped this place had gotten better but it hasn’t. Their bedside manner is absolutely horrible!!! If you can make it somewhere else go there!!
Do NOT go to this hospital. They charged a separate bill without disclosing it to me to pay the doctor himself, separately from the visit bill that I copaid with my insurance. They did not mention anything about it. If you can go to another hospital go there
Great and caring staff, they got me fixed up quick.
Facility wasn't squeaky clean and it took awhile to get in-processed, hence why not 5 stars.
The ER service was ok. Broke my shoulder cuff after a car accident and spent the day there. However the main concern was the male security officer that advised me upon discharge that I “watch my back, or get attacked?”” He was harassing me while I was waiting for an Uber!!!!! OMG
They almost killed my wife. They dismissed her for having chest pain. 2 days later we went to another hospital. 3 heart stints later my wife is getting out.
Came here due too chest pains. Dr just prescribed me with fluids and 2 aspirins. Was out of the ER in 30 min. Later was admitted into another medical facility where they actually cared and kept me for 8 days in regards of the issue. Don’t go here.
I'd give one star but the staff was nice. Had a hernia repair at 13 weeks pregnant and after going to a room I asked for pain relief. Was told there was none in the orders but not to worry because they were calling in a prescription. Only they discharged me after the pharmacy closed. So I went from Sunday 3pm to Monday 8am with no pain relief post-op.
We're sorry for the pain you experienced after your hernia repair at Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Cleburne. It's unacceptable that you were discharged without ensuring your prescription was filled. We are reviewing our discharge process to prevent this from happening again. Please contact us so we can make things right.
Best emergency room I've ever been to. All the doctors and nurses are so kind and compassionate. I have a rare condition and they took the time to listen and make sure I was okay when I was really scared. Bless this hospital in Cleburne!

Staff was super friendly, had me in a room with a nurse in about 2 minutes after checking in. DR Reid diagnosed and treated me quickly and efficiently. Hopefully dont have to go to the ER again anytime soon but if so I’d go to this one.
Took my 19-month-old son to this ER because his finger was almost completely amputated. Dr. Reid and his team saw him right away, and within 15-20 minutes they had him looked at, x-rayed, and in a room to stitch his finger back on. Dr. Reid was very professional and knew what he was doing. As a mom, I was an emotional wreck, but the nurses were so sweet and reassured me. I was impressed with how well the X-ray tech, nurse, paperwork lady, etc., worked together. Felt like we got real emergency care in Cleburne.
We're so glad we could help your son in such a stressful situation at Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Cleburne Emergency Room. Dr. Reid and our team strive to provide fast, skilled care for emergencies like this. Thank you for trusting us with your little one's care. Wishing him a speedy recovery!
Me and my boyfriend both were told we have COVID. I was given IV fluids along with 6 hours worth of care that made me feel incredibly better. As for him they ran a COVID test and did an X-ray, and told him he might have it and discharged him. He wasn’t even there’s full hour. He is in worse condition than myself and was told to leave? They also informed him the results they gave me couldn’t be true as blood test don’t tell COVID results, so why are they lying either to me or him? In this day in age we can’t get better if we’re kicking people out who are ILL and need serious medical attention. I will be taking him to another ER that actually cares about people’s wellbeing.
The worst. These people do not care about you at all. Not consistent with Covid policies. The rent-a-cop security guy runs the whole ER. Incredible. Might as well not go.
