This has to be the worst doctors office I've ever been to in Columbus. I was a patient for over 10 years because of my financial situation, and while some staff were nice, the wait times were insane—usually 3 hours, sometimes up to 5.5 hours! Even calling prescriptions in ahead didn't help; 80% of the time they weren't ready, and I'd have to drive back and wait hours more. I started calling two weeks early, and still nothing. For family practice in GA, this place just doesn't cut it.

Only giving one star because it's been a rough start as a new patient in Columbus. It takes over an hour just to get through on the phone, and I've waited a month for referrals! When I finally had an appointment, the lady wasn't even there. The doctor and nurse were nice, but that's about it. For tests and vaccines or any service, this isn't the way to treat people.

My first visit for a filling at Valley Healthcare in Columbus will be my last. I went in with a good attitude and was greeted warmly, but things went downhill fast. Lashaunda Gill seemed okay until I heard that lie about not hurting patients. The swab she used tasted awful, unlike any I've had before. Four shots for a simple filling? Two days later, I had to see my doctor because of issues. For dental work in GA, this was a nightmare.

Great place, I never caught the lady name over the phone but she was super helpful & got my son an appointment the next day. My son is 3 years old & has autism so he was being difficult but another lady & Dr Tanesha was very patient with him and he took his shots like a pro with both of them NO CRYING❤️
Tanesh Buchner is the worst, Valley healthcare pediatric office has gone downhill since Dr. Bennett left. Tanesh sent my son to Piedmont for an asthma test in April. It didn't show Asthma but it showed Reactive airway disease. She didn't give him an inhaler or a breathing machine which led to him having to go to the ER and the Dr. there prescribed him a machine. I made a follow up appointment with her to see if her office can help get the machine and she just flat out said NO. Never will my kids go back to this office unless they hire a real Dr that cares for kids like Dr. Bennett does.
Security guard and janitor are complaining about kids being noisy when they know they have a Pediatrics side if they don’t have patience. Then shouldn’t work there. Trying to threaten people about having a bill sent home not even the lady that works at the desk that checks people in said anything about the kids being nosy
I took my mom here and when we walked in from the receptionist to the CMA Alishia who made us feel like my mom was apart of her family to the doctor Dr Frances who took her time with my mom I just want to say Thank y'all. I have never witnessed such great customer service ever. I will be referring everyone I come across again thank you valley healthcare. Up most respect from a happy patient.
They are agood staff to me. I have never had any problems, they seem to have cheerful personalities. I love my visits. They answer all my questions and break it down for me. I like them.
