Kristen at WassermanUlitsky Dermatology in Nokomis, FL gives the best facials. She takes her time, explains everything, and her product recommendations have been spot on. After a few months of regular facials and using her suggested products, people noticed my skin looking way better. Today I tried microneedling with her and can't wait to see the results. First visit to WassermanUlitsky Dermatology in Nokomis this week. I was transferring from a practice in Maryland I really liked. Great experience here. Front desk was professional and kind, check-in smooth, and I was taken back 10 minutes early. The medical tech was warm and friendly, went over my history. Within 5 minutes Dr. Wasserman came in. He was friendly and professional. Came for a biopsy recheck and felt well cared for.

Kristen gives the absolute best facial experience in all of Florida! I've been to tons of spas, but she knocks it out of the park every time. One of the most experienced providers I've worked with. I schedule a treatment with her every time I'm in the state. Leave feeling refreshed and my skin thanks me. She addresses my concerns and gives thoughtful feedback to take home. Even follows up post-treatment. Amazing!

"Dr Ulitsky" had no idea if she had seen me as a patient in her office. I was a new patient and she thought I was someone who was established patient and never seen this Dr.. That must be a records mishap in the new location transition that may lead to other mistakes in care. If you are considering this practice don't expect an accurate outcome to your skin care

I absolutely love Dr Ulitsky. I have had great experiences with her. The front desk is often unorganized and wrong about how normal day-to-date healthcare operations work. They have given me false information regarding lab orders leading to wasting my time and the labs time. When I ask for itemized receipts I have been told “sure!” Handed a normal receipt and then immediately argued with when I brought up that it needed to be itemized (HSA will reject my copays without it). It’s incredible how much time I have wasted because of the carelessness of a few desk workers. I will not be returning.

I really did not want to leave a bad review, but given the circumstances of my child's appointment and front desk staff, I think it is important. I have been to this office a few times for facials, which were amazing, so I thought I would bring my child in when he had a cyst that needed attention. I called to see if they accepted 6 year old patients and if they could do a cyst removal on my child's lower lip line. The girl on the phone put me on hold, and came back and said yes. I proceeded to book my appointment. When we came in, 20 mins prior to our appointment (as requested) and had about 10-12 other patients who came in after us and were seen before us, AND finished. Now, I understand there are multiple doctors here, but once we reached an hour and 15 mins PAST our appointment time, we started to ask what the hold up was. After the front desk girl told us 3 different reasons, we decided to ask for our $100 copay back so we could leave. The reason then was "there aren't any doctors there at the time that will treat a child." This turned into a fiasco itself, and after FINALLY getting a receipt for the refund, we left. A few days later, someone from the office reached out to me, apologized and asked us to come back in so we gave it another chance. I came in, my son was seen immediately JUST for them to tell us they couldn't treat him because of his age...charged my insurance over $100 and have sent us a bill for $47.17 in addition to the money they collected from my insurance. My husband called to dispute this, seeing how we were lied to just to get us to come in TWICE so they could collect money from my insurance, and was told there wasn't anyone he could speak to and they would call us back but was putting a note on the file that we're refusing to pay any more money for wasting our time, and no service was rendered. TODAY, I receive another letter requesting the $47 be paid or it is going to collections because they "haven't heard from us", which is not the case at all. This is taking advantage of people just to get them in the door to collect money.

Before I saw Kristen for skincare, my skin was terrible. I was having horrible breakouts. I was picking and causing myself to have acne scars. And my face was extremely red. Kristen started me out with chemical peels, facials, and extractions. She also made me a skincare regimen to get me to a healthy point. After that we did three rounds of microneedling. All of my friends and family have said my skin looks so much better now. I always thought the more in your skincare routine the better. Boy was I wrong. Kristen is amazing at helping you get the confidence you need. I mean look at her amazing flawless skin! Why wouldn’t you listen? My daughter has been under the care of Dr. Ulitsky and aesthetician Kristen Thinnes for several years now. Both of these ladies are incredibly skilled, highly knowledgeable, and understanding of their patients needs. My daughters skin looks amazing and her self confidence has risen do to this incredible duo. Dr. Ulitsky truly takes the time to listen and is extremely empathetic. It is evident that she truly cares about her patients. Likewise, Kristen's amazing expertise in skincare has made my daughter feel more confident about herself- which is huge for a teen. Kristen is truly the best at her trade and my daughter truly looks forward to their time together.
