Wouldn't recommend the orthodontics services at Abbeville Dentistry in Big Spring. They only come to town once a month, and you usually see a different doctor each visit. Makes it hard to get consistent care for braces or clear aligners in the Big Spring area.

Honestly, the team at Abbeville Dentistry in Big Spring, TX really made me feel comfortable. The dentist took so much time explaining my treatment plan for fillings and crowns—didn't rush at all. Even when I had more questions later, they talked me through everything again. The dental assistant was super sweet too, just really caring. I'm actually looking forward to getting my dental work done here now.

Not thrilled with our experience at Abbeville Dentistry in Big Spring so far. We switched here in July after our insurance changed. The scheduling has been frustrating—I'll book an appointment for 3 PM, but the confirmation text says 2 PM. This keeps happening. They've also cancelled and rescheduled us multiple times, once for a system mistake and once for an emergency. It's been pretty disappointing for our family dental care.

Abbeville Dentistry in Big Spring is fantastic! My daughter absolutely loves Dr. Stephenson—he's been amazing with her throughout her braces treatment. She just got them off after over two years and actually wanted them back on! That's how comfortable he made her feel with orthodontics here in Texas. Her favorite dentist by far.

I was scheduled for a tooth extraction in March of this year for five wisdom teeth and they told me with my insurance we would only have to pay about $1400. The day before my appointment was scheduled in March. We called to confirm the amount and they told us they changed it from 1400 to 2100. Because of “extra teeth they didn’t see on my initial xray”
We were never informed of this increase in payment and if we hadn’t called, we would’ve found out at the appointment the following day. Since there was a price increase, we had to reschedule to the following month to save money When we arrived at the appointment, they charged us the $2100. As I was sat down for my appointment, the dentist performing the procedure informed us that he was only extracting the original five teeth that we were informed of and that we were in fact overcharged.
We were told we were going to be receiving a refund after our insurance paid the claim. We waited weeks for this. When we finally got the statement back from our insurance, the insurance company informed us that the dentist was only supposed to charge us about $800 for the procedure. We were overcharged about $700 out the gate and then they increased it by another 700 without informing us.
Absolutely safe to say that we will not be doing business here again.

My spouse just attempted to make an appointment for her tooth as she currently has an ache and was attempting to alleviate the issue; however, due to the female receptionist who answered the phone call, we will not be allowing our earned money and benefits to assist this establishment. It is one issue to not be able to have an appointment readily available but it is a completely entirely separate matter to be rude! I have heard of many others complain not of the establishment itself in forms of the dentistry procedures but of the front desk professionals. Please Abbeville Dentistry, you are one of the few dentistry specialists that take federal insurance in this area, please train and hold accountable your staff to uphold better quality practices concerning customer service and satisfaction.

I couldn't be more outraged at the incompetence of this dentistry. I took my wife there to have a tooth extracted. They had already given me a price for the procedure ahead of time but when we got there they charged me $100.00 over without explanation. My wife had elected for local anesthesia so when the assistant tried to give her gas she told her to talk to me about it. The assistant left the room but where she went we don't know because she never came to me for anything. It wasn't because I was unreachable since I was sitting in the lobby literally 15 feet away. And the real kicker was the fact that they extracted the wrong tooth.. It was all I could do to keep from going down there and rain hell on that place. I was under the impression that a place like this was supposed to be employed by trained professionals.
0/10 do not recommend. I had an appointment scheduled for 1500. Only received X-rays, and a gum assessment. They wanted me to make a new appointment for a cleaning and a filling but had no availability until June. If you like having your time wasted by all means come to this clinic. Never been to a dental clinic where I don’t get a basic cleaning during my appointment, new patient or not. Take your business elsewhere.
The staff is amazing!! Everyone takes their time to explain what is happening and what your future appointments will require. They really care about your mental well being, cause let's face it not all dentist experiences have been the best. They will make sure your comfortable and relaxed from signing in to leaving the facility. Best experience I've everhad at a dentist office!!

I absolutely love this dentist office. The ladies there are so sweet and helpful. They actually listen to your concerns and do their best to work with you on your issues. All my kids get excited about going to the dentist when I tell them we are going there. Couldnt give it more than 5 stars but I would if I could. Highly recommend.

The waiting room was packed when we got there, as in no sitting room packed. However, they worked pretty quickly through everyone that was there. It was my sons first time at the dentist and he said it wasn’t as scary as he thought it would be everyone was very nice to him.
