First time patient in this office today and as soon as I step into the office I did not feel welcome by the front desk receptionist everyone else was super nice but unfortunately I will not be returning as the receptionist was not professional, friendly, polite also felt rushed out the office. and had the worst attitude when it came to explaining and answering my questions.

Most recently, Dr. Saad removed one of my teeth, and it was by far the easiest, smoothest, and most painless dental procedure I’ve ever experienced. Unlike past experiences where teeth had to be broken into pieces for removal, Dr. Saad expertly took the tooth out in one go, counting down 3-2-1 to ease my nerves. At this office all staff is amazing , they answered all my questions and concerns and I didn’t feel rushed or pressured. Dr Saad is very knowledgeable about his job, I felt comfortable talking to him and expressing my self about what I wanted. The assistant scarlett is very patient and kind . Also the office has organization with the schedule time. They make sure everybody goes in at the time they scheduled also they make sure you don’t miss the appointment , always call to confirm and replying voice mails I really recommend dr Saad’s office. Now I can smile out in public & not feel insecure when I laugh. I have gained more confidence in myself. It makes me feel good to see the dentist & assistants working so efficient & well together. I look forward to my next appointment advanced Family Dental. I was so happy when I find out that Dr. Saad opened up his new practice a few blocks from my house. My appointments are always quick and painless. I've had some of my best times while there. Dr. Saad is very patient and takes time to answer any questions I may have on the treatment plan. His recommendations are always spot on and solves my issues right away.
The staff are very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Bela does an amazing job with the billing and is knowledgeable about insurance billing/policies. The team is always very well prepared when I visit. Either that or they all have amazing memories they all seem to know all the treatments I've had and when they were done.
They always find the time to schedule an appointment for me when I urgent issues.
