I was happy with Advanced Dental Spa before, but this last experience was disheartening. As a brand rep in Fall River, MA, I need to work with the public, and my bottom denture cracked for the second time. I was blown off all day until I got an appointment for the next day, meaning I'd go 3-4 days without being able to work or chew. They even suggested I could rush it if I paid extra, which felt like trying to get double money. Very disappointed with the service.

My aunt and I have been to Advanced Dental Spa twice now as new patients, and honestly, it's been great. The Spanish lady at the front desk is amazing, and Dr. Yazbeck is such a nice, caring dentist here in Fall River, MA. His assistant with glasses was really professional too. It helps so much when everyone from the front to the back makes you feel comfortable. We'll definitely keep coming back for our general dentistry needs.

Today was my first time as a patient at Advanced Dental Spa, and like many, I don't usually like dentists. But this place in Fall River, MA, totally changed my mind. Had my first appointment at Advanced Dental Spa in Fall River, MA today, and I'm so happy I chose them when searching for a new dentist. The hygienist and receptionist were super nice, and the office is well-maintained with a TV at the foot of the chair to distract you. My Wife recommended them to me. I hadn't been to a dentist in 6yrs. I called and got a nxt day appt. They were all very nice and quite professional. A good experience. I will keep my appt in 6 months. I recommend Advanced Dental Spa to anyone who needs care.
First visit went very good. Dental assistant had a great personality and was very friendly. Forgot her name, though I remember she mentioned she's Lebanese. Was shown my x-ray and thoroughly explained the status of my teeth.
I did some research and picked Advanced Dental Spa in Fall River, MA based on reviews, hoping for great care due to my dental anxiety. My appointment was at 10:00 am, but I waited until about 10:40 am. The receptionist seemed rushed, and the customer service wasn't pleasant. After bite wings, I went for a cleaning, and my hygienist was the same woman who was the receptionist. Not what I expected from a place with such reviews.

Have had horrible experiences other places, I have MassHealth dental so I feel like mostly I get the treatment that goes with my insurance, which is terrible. This place made me comfortable, didn't freak me out, fit me in when scheduling got messed up. Very happy with this place.
I’ve always been terrified of the dentist but Dr. Yazbeck has totally changed that. He’s amazing and I’ve been able to get so much work done because he was able to put my fears to rest. His dental assistant (I’m so mad I forgot her name!) is also great, they’re both honest and care about your comfort during procedures. 0 pain during my visits and minimal pain afterwards. I’d recommend Dr. Yazbeck to anyone who’s put off going to the dentist because they’re scared. He will change your mindset!
Dr Shen did several fillings, I have to say, I have never had such substandard work done by a dentist in my life. Not only has one filling already fallen out, apparently she filled teeth that needed root canals. The fillings were not even smoothed out, my dental floss gets caught under them all the time. And the dentures she sent me home with, won't even fit properly in, so if I try to take a bite, they pop out. I have so much pain in two or three of my teeth (fillings?). I would not recommend this dentist to anyone. Good luck if you go in, hope you have a better experience than I had.
I was very pleased with how comfortable they made me feel as a first time patient and not the best teeth in the world. Allison was absolutely AMAZING!!! And Dr Chin was very nice, professional and knowledgeable!!
Very satisfied with the service at Advanced Dental Spa. Dr. Yazbeck did a great job on my root canal. I was worried it would be painful but the procedure went smoothly. Friendly staff, would definitely recommend visiting them.
I recently went to Advanced Dental for a cleaning, & I was especially please by how nice everyone always is to me when I'm there. They're always very thorough & answer any questions I may have. To be honest, & I've said this to more than one person & friends of mine, I've never liked going to the dentist until I started going here. I actually look forward to it 🙂

I've been going here since 2015 and that says a lot about Dr. Yazbak and his team because I never used to be a return patient at the Dentists before. This was always because I never felt comfortable enough to go back. Dr.Yazbak takes his time and is patient with you. He understands that the dentist can be a scary and unpleasant thing even gor adults. I swear I've been to every dentist on the South Shore and rarely went to more than a couple visits. This was because they were either too rough and aggressive, impatient with me, made me feel bad about my cavities, didn't listen to my concerns, etc. Or a combination of all of the above and more. When I first went to Dr. Yazbak at Advanced Dental Spa in Fall River I was hesitant and afraid (per usual for me at the dentist). I went there with I believe TWELVE cavities! As I had not been to a dentist for at least 5 years due to my prior unpleasant experiences! I also had not been doing much self care during those years. I expected the same bad experience I had always had. It couldn't have been further from the truth! I can't say enough about Dr. Yazbak and his staff! It's been 5 years and I have kept up with all my exams and cleanings. I have never felt better about my oral health and yes i still gey a lil nervous if its been a while since my last visit but nothing like before. When I first went I was shaking like a leaf and didn't wanna open my mouth! Lol. I am so greatful to have found the best dentist in the world!!!🌎
