I love it here. My hygienist is Gunjeet. She's awesome, thorough, and gentle. All of the staff, including the dentist are friendly. Overall a very relaxing experience every time I come.

Now I'm calm as can be, and they've led me to a place where I have a healthy, beautiful smile that I'm proud of. We even did SureSmile to align my teeth. The staff was very friendly as I walked in and made sure who I was. They told me to sit down. Riley was the one that took care of me again she sat me down told me if I had any pain. Anything was going on in my teeth then she started doing the cleaning. She told me if I wanted to do the fluoride again we decided on going with the mint flavor, she did a thorough cleaning. Explain everything. She was very thorough which I really appreciated. She made the next 3 appointments for me. She told me which type of toothpaste and mouthwash and water flosser I should get. Then Dr Tonkin came in checked everything. I really appreciated the whole visit. Great team

Dr. Katie Tonkin, the dental hygienists, and office staff are all fantastic. Not only does everyone have an extremely pleasant attitude, but the dental care is top notch. I've had poor experiences in the past with male dentists being too rough. Dr. Tonkin and the hygienists have been very responsive to my sensitivity needs. I couldn't be happier with a dental office. I'll be a patient as long as they're open.

Me and my family have been seeing Dr. Tonkin for years and the office never disappoints! I had to get a crown and was so nervous but with their same-day technology I was in and out in just over an hour! The front desk was great, especially Jordan who checked with my insurance what my out of pocket would be prior to my visit. If I could give 10 stars I would! 🦷🪥😀

I have been with Dr Tonkin since she was in Niskayuna. I appreciate her kindness and attention to detail. She is wonderful. I prefer the water technique that her hygienists use when cleaning teeth. She makes going to the dentist a wonderful experience that I always look forward to.

This Dentist Office is an excellent establishment. Dr. Tonkin has excellent bedside manner, she takes her time with her patients and treats them with the utmost respect. I recently visited Dr. Tonkin for a check-up/cleaning back in June. I was extremely impressed. From the moment I walked in, the staff were so welcoming and friendly. The office was clean and created a comfortable environment. Felicity was amazing and extremely knowledgeable. Dr. Tonkin was very thorough in explaining everything and made me feel at ease.
