Dr. Tran came in with a big smile and really took the time to explain everything about my dental exam. Duyen, the hygienist, was so thorough—my teeth felt sparkly clean after the cleaning. Honestly, couldn't have asked for a better experience. See you in 6 months!

During my routine cleaning, I felt two cuts on my gums and had noticeable bleeding. Six hours later, I still had sharp pain in two spots and could taste blood. This has never happened before at this dentist or my old one back home. Honestly, the cuts don't bother me as much as how it was handled. The hygienist used cotton pads to press on my gums, probably because of bleeding. I saw blood on the instrument, tray, and could taste it, but they never acknowledged it or apologized.

AVOID at all cost. They only care about their pocket books. Horrible dental practice that cares only about their bottom line, not their clients. They'll bill you for insurance that's not needed and scam you. If there was a negative -5, they'd get it. The front desk receptionist is horrible—can't provide friendly service or do proper billing or scheduling. Save yourself a headache and don't bother with this horrible experience in Seattle.

She knows more than my plastic surgeon)Dr.Naficy & I left with no bruises, her injection skills are so skillful I barely felt them (usually when I get Botox it can hurt) I love her warm and engaging manner, it makes me feel at ease. I rarely give five Star reviews however she was so excellent that I couldn’t help myself and I hope other people get to go see her as well because they will have an amazing experience and come out of that office. Feeling really good about the procedure.

I have been going to Dr Robert Johnson for more than 2 years now and my wife also goes to him now. My experience has always been great. It feels like a small family with proper care given. I had chronic pain in my front tooth and got a root canal done with Aesthetic dental and it was a smooth experience and I don't feel any pain there.

My husband was running five minutes late to a dental appointment due to an unusually difficult morning - juggling a job transition, caring for a limping dog awaiting X-ray results, and supporting me who had just received a layoff notice. Despite the circumstances and being only five minutes away from the office, he received a call from the front desk telling him not to come in and that a $75 late fee would be charged. We were met with zero empathy
I understand the importance of punctuality and policies, but I also believe that healthcare providers, especially those in community-facing roles, should be able to exercise discretion and show basic human understanding when patients are navigating real-life challenges. The rigid enforcement felt transactional and dismissive, especially given the minimal delay.
This experience left me questioning whether this office values its patients beyond their payment schedules. I hope they reconsider how they approach situations that call for compassion, not penalties.
The team was amazing! I hadn't been to the dentist in nearly a decade after a traumatizing lock-jaw experience. They were super understanding and accommodating. We broke my cleaning into 4 sessions, and they let me take breaks to relax my jaw and made sure I was completely comfortable. No shame, no lectures—pure dedication to care in Seattle.

Dr. Tran is the best dentist ever! I’m still a little scared of my dental visits but my anxiety gets lowered with every visit with her. The hygienists at Aesthetic Dental are also very kind and considerate of my condition, and try their best to make me feel comfortable.

It's been a very long time since I have had a dental appointment that I could rate as being good, let alone outstanding. My two visits with Aesthetic Dental Associates have been game changers. Dr. Johnson took the time to make sure I understood my dental health and suggested a thoughtful, timed, and clear plan. The first step was a deep clean and thanks to Heather, I had an exceptional dental experience! She was fantastic. I'm now looking at my plan with significant less anxiety and I'll be going back to the dentist with a sense of trust and confidence. It has taken me many years to find a dental practice that I would actually consider making my dental home. I have finally found that place at Aesthetic Dental Associates.
