Honestly, don't let the good reviews fool you—they're from before this new dentist took over. I've got paperwork to back up my experience. This office seems more focused on influencer marketing than actual care. The new dentist let go of the experienced staff and the whole vibe changed without telling patients. I had a cracked temporary crown put in, and he was rude and rushed—it fell out soon after. Really disappointing for a cosmetic dentistry practice in Atlanta.

Hands down, this is the best dentist visit I've had in 13 years. Normally my anxiety is through the roof, but Dr. Dave's bedside manner was spot on—he actually calmed me down. The whole team talked me through every step of my implant placement, and the receptionist was super accommodating from the moment I walked in. BEWARE—this is the worst dentist office I've ever been to! The receptionist is the nastiest person I've ever dealt with. She won't own up to mistakes, yells at you, and hung up on me. The office is always empty, and they cancel appointments without notifying you. I think the ownership changed because it's completely unprofessional from front to back. I wouldn't trust them with anything, especially not dental implants or emergency dental service in Atlanta.

The secretary is incredibly disrespectful. She failed to reschedule my mom's appointment after they canceled without telling her—she drove an hour to get there. Then the secretary blamed my mom and argued with her, even hanging up on her. What's the point of a secretary if you're going to argue and pick and choose when to answer? Try again. 😂

Dr. David did three implants for me at his old practice. Today I visited his new place in Atlanta and was impressed—he saw me quickly. Previously, one crown had an issue and he had the manufacturer replace it at no cost, plus gave me a credit. Today he fixed another crown that came loose after 1.5 years, no hassle. This practice is stellar in every way and I can’t recommend it enough. Dr Zelby and Dr Nadia are not only highly skilled, but are compassionate, gentle and kind. This is true of everyone else too - front desk, treatment coordinator, hygienist and dental assistants are all top-notch. They are promptly responsive, accommodating, friendly and professional. The office and equipment are state of the art. As someone with medical risk, I was greatly comforted by the cleanliness, air filtration, and protocols of their office. This practice is the gold standard.

I've been a patient of Dr. Zelby's for years and love this office—great location in Atlanta and wonderful staff. Dr. Nadia has taken over my care and she's fantastic. Very gentle and made me comfortable during some dental work. I even started Invisalign with her because she's so easy to work with. Highly recommend for cosmetic dentistry!

I chose this office because of Dr. Zelby, but since Dr. David took over, it's been disappointing. I scheduled with Dr. Zelby, but on the day of my visit they told me he was gone—they didn't inform me beforehand. Plus, I already paid for impressions and they refused to give them to me. Feels very misleading for a cosmetic dentistry practice in Atlanta.

I can't recommend this place enough when it comes to your oral health. I came in for a full smile consultation, and from the moment I walked in, I could feel the energy of this place. The staff are also warm and welcoming and put me at ease. Dr. Zelby is truly a blessing. He is caring, understanding and attentive. He helped me understand the best options for my oral health and I cannot thank him and his staff enough. Aesthetic and implant dentistry of Atlanta is a place I would tell everyone to go to. I experienced no pain at all and the process was so fast and easy - I didn't even realize it was over! The whole team has got above and beyond in my specialized dental needs. It takes me 45 minutes to drive from my home on the South Side of Atlanta, but all the anxiety of the drive, is left me as soon as I walk through the door.
The staff is so very welcoming and always recognizes me when I arrive.
I have never experienced anyone in a bad mood or seemingly uncomfortable doing their respective jobs. No one is there, just pulling a paycheck.
Professional and courteous is the only way they operate !!
I value these traits, as I know I am spending Top Dollar for the best of services.
Dr. Zelby is fantastic, as is the entire staff. I won’t single any particular person out, as they all do excellent work; in their respective positions of the clinic.
Should you be lucky enough to visit on a day, when Dr. Zelby brings in his trained patient therapy dog Louie; you are in for a treat !!

Dr Nadia used her gentle touch, artistic eye, and perfectionist dentisty to transform my smile. I had a multi- appointment major "smile makeover" ( 17 crowns etc.) - I smile more, laugh more and and feel very comfortable with my new look. Her assistant Jennifer is great and I felt comfortable with her as well. We discussed the plan every step along the way and I would highly recommend Dr Nadia for any dental needs. I hope to add pictures to this soon.

Had a dental gum procedure and the entire practice went above & beyond to insure my comfort and put me at ease. Dr Levine was kind and thorough in explaining the procedure to me. Jordan was welcoming and helpful in getting me settled in and told me what to do post procedure. Dawn did an amazing job with the procedure. She was excellent in her ability and was very efficient. Her professional attitude was exceptional. And she is very service oriented and friendly.

Dr. Zelby is a kind,intelligent, and patient person. He came in and listened to what i had requested to have done and accurately described to me what was needed next. The office is very tidy and the staff are exceptionally polite. This definitely was a very good experience and I've already recommended him to a few friends.
