Do not trust this place in Fairview Heights for any services! Don't sign the bad behavior or the financial agreement. I was paying cash and had a terrible experience—felt completely misled and frustrated with how things were handled.

My first visit to Affordable Dentures & Implants in Fairview Heights was just a consultation, and everyone was so pleasant. Dr. Amir Akhras is really personable, and the staff made me feel comfortable right away. It takes me an hour and a half to get there, but it's been totally worth it for my denture fittings. On the second visit, they did an impression and were amazing—carefully wiping away excess so I didn't gag. Third visit went great too: had my last four top teeth pulled and felt nothing, unlike my old dentist where the pain was horrible. They even had my temporary top denture ready.

The person who roomed us and took X-rays was very knowledgeable and kind. Dark haired lady-office mngr? was rude to staff at the desk. Room was dirty-under the chair was filthy. There was water on the floor, my mom is 87 using a cane! It seemed under staffed. We left with no confidence in using this office.

My appointment at Affordable Dentures & Implants in Fairview Heights got rescheduled twice. First time, they got me in within a week; second time, pushed out over two weeks later. Not sure why they canceled, but I should've taken my business elsewhere. Also, when I called for pricing on economy dentures, I was quoted $395 per arch, but at my first appointment, the assistant said $495 and blamed an old price list. Do not recommend this business for denture maintenance or anything else.

Always great service by them. I started going here last May when I got my extractions and first set of dentures, as a 21 year old who had poor dental hygiene that resulted in needing dentures, the staff then and now made sure I was informed on how to take care of the dentures. Only problem was one of the techs trying to talk me out of the economy dentures after I signed the forms today, it's the only one I could afford and I appreciate her input but it was unessary due to the fact I know what I am getting. Other than that, loved the old staff and now loving the new staff even more!
