Dr. Patrick is rude and talks down to her patients. The person who did my extractions did a horrible job—now I need surgery to fix it so I can wear dentures. I would not recommend anyone go there. 0 stars if I could.

All dentists were disappointed. Removed my lower jaw bone without any pain meds!!! NEVER would recommend them to anyone!! What a waste of money!!!

Once you get in the back... They are most caring and gentle staff i have encountered.. I was a lot nervous even for my fitting... but they have great bed side manner.. it made me feel at ease... Check in was a breeze too very friendly receptionist... Just have to have a little patience in the waiting area.. for as many as they see I see why... Noo bad report here...everything was lovely and I can't wait to get my dentures.... ❤️ ❤️ ❤️

Dr. Patrick's bedside manner was simply wonderful. She really listened to understand my needs and was super precise with the impressions and alignment. Friendly and easy to talk to, plus gentle when working inside my mouth. Her assistant was phenomenal too—explained the whole denture process and gave me tips for managing after I get my dentures. That kind of info is so important. Honestly, I'm so pleased with this dental office in Salisbury, MD. Definitely recommend them for dentures!

This was my second visit in 13 years—not much has changed except a coat of paint, and that's a good thing. They're no longer a one-day service; you get a consultation and follow-up. Everything went smoothly. My appt was at 8am and I was in the chair at 8:05. You can put half down on any payment, which is a nice option for dentures in Salisbury.

I’m not real keen on their office procedures. In the past I have gotten same day partials, twice. They didn’t last long so this time I decided to upgrade. I went in mid May for the first visit to do an impression. They told me it would be 6-8 weeks to get the first part back, and they would call me for a fitting. I paid a 50% deposit and asked for a receipt for my insurance company. I was told they wouldn’t give me one until I paid in full. I finally call them after 10 weeks, and find out that the frame was back.when asked if it had been sitting there for weeks I was told it came in yesterday. Ok. Whatever. Went in, completed that visit, and made the appointment for my next visit. Went in today for the 3rd appt/ fitting, and was told it would be another 6-8 weeks for the final product to come back. Was told to make sure receptionist had my phone number. At reception desk I’m told I have to pay my balance today, 6-8 weeks before I see the final product. I really have a problem paying in full that far in advance. Now that they have all the money, there is no incentive for a timely or excellent result. The icing on the cake? I asked for the receipt for the insurance company, now that I have paid in full, and was told I won’t get that until the final product comes in. So this whole process will take close to 6 months, they have all my money, and I don’t even have anything to send into insurance. It just doesn’t seem right. I will say the tech that did my impressions gets five stars and a rave review though, she was very kind! Oh - and don’t worry about being on time for your appointment. Every time I have been there I have waited over an hour to get called back into an exam room.
Everyone is friendly and helpful. Only complaint is the wait time which sometimes can’t be helped. My last fitting for my permanent dentures was a mess. I left with no dentures after a 6 hour day and a need to completely make a new pair. Better to do them right than crappie work. But I’m not the first pair you’ve ever made. Think their trying to do to much and need to slow down. Overbooking and trying to attend to too many causes problems. Now I have to wait another month for a retry. Hope we get it right this time. Otherwise the staff is great and the dentist are knowledgeable when you get to talk with them.
Staff/Doctor was excellent, everyone was great. I have always got my dentures there, and they do a great job. I know too that there are adjustments with new dentures and am having trouble with the suction they don't want to stay in (tops) so I'll call 2morrow 2 make appt they just feel real loose.

The techs in the back are awesome, also the kind and friendly blonde at the front desk. I have been coming in now for a year. My last visit wasn't as friendly. Not a fan of the sign in associate.
She was rude and not friendly at all. I don't complain much but truly changed the atmosphere of my visit. Hope she finds a personality !! She picks and chooses her patrons, Sad 😔
The waiting time. My appointment was at one time and I did not get seen until 2hours later. Called to let you know I would be late I was told l had 15 min grace period but I was given 15 more min I got there.on time and when I did get there the office was full. I feel you overbook. I come 45 miles tb get there. There was an accident that caused the lateness. The visit with the Dr was good
