Total disappointment. I went for an extraction and consultation for a partial denture. Spent 2.5 hours for X-rays and two molds for my $1300 partial. Told 10 days. Called later—they said it was sent to California. No extraction, no ETA, horrible customer service. They got their money same day though. Seriously regret using this facility.

Honestly, if you can go somewhere else, please do. I went to Affordable Dentures & Implants in Pooler for full extractions, and it was a nightmare. They gave me zero consultation about my oral health before or after surgeries—no discussion of treatment options or referrals to other places. The numbing injection failed during my extractions, and they refused to use anything else. I had to endure 4 or 5 extractions with it not working, both rounds. It was physically and mentally traumatic. I really regret this place.

Selective on insurance—don't go in thinking yours is accepted, call first. Also, I found this Pooler location dirty—on a scale of 1 to 10, I'd give it a minus 2. The dentist referred me somewhere else without even asking what my main concern was. I'd suggest getting a second opinion before coming here for any dental work.

I can't comment on the dental treatment. I was jerked around so much in trying to get in to see a dentist that I gave up first available appointment was six months wait. I scheduled and waited. One month before appointment I was told they would be closed that week and would need to reschedule. Next available was four months wait crystal was uncaring and no help what do ever don't go near these profit gluttons. There are many other dentists in statesboro avoid at all costs.

DO NOT GO HERE. Wish I'd read the reviews first. The doctor doesn't speak to you, everything is rushed. For their top dentures they send them off. After my third visit, I found out I wouldn't have my dentures for Thanksgiving—I was upset. Paid $1185 already. They advertise fast service, but now it's 4 weeks. I wanted my money back. Should've gone to Aspen.

The experience started out great. I called and spoke with a knowledgeable person who found the Pooler/Savannah Affordable Dentures for my mother to get replacement dentures. We arrived day one, got impressions done with Elaina—no problem. Paid and came back at 1:45pm (told to come at 2pm). Called back around 3pm, waited 30 minutes, then Elaina came in to place the dentures. The bottom didn't fit. That's where it went downhill.
