When I finally called, they said no appointments left for the year! Plus, why are they closed on Fridays? Super frustrating. I get that they're busy, but not returning calls is not cool.

Honestly, I'd been putting off the dentist forever, but my wife had such a good experience at Alfa Dental in Dallas, I finally gave it a shot. I needed some serious dental implants work, and of course, on the morning of my appointment, an issue popped up. But Tracy, the office manager, came in personally and fixed it right away. Dr. Lee was also fantastic—really thorough with my crowns and bridges. Everyone there genuinely cared and was super professional. I'll definitely be going back.

Called to make an appointment and Heather and Christine were super rude. A friend referred me here, saying they were great, but those two scheduling ladies made me not want to spend my money there. I'm sure the dentists are good, but the front desk needs serious improvement.

Went to Alfa dental before and Dr Kale was amazing but tough to get in to see. I saw dr Lee and she seemed nice but after she messed up my root canal and I went back she told me it wasn’t an infection like the on call dentist told me, but that my bite was off and I didn’t tell her, but that I still should take the antibiotics the other dr prescribed. I did not go back to have the crown put on and went to a different dentist instead and they capped out my insurance fixing everything dr Lee messed up. My son had gone to dr Lee as well and had a few small cavities filled and less then 6 months later one popped out and had to once again pay to have dr Lee’s work redone. The very last straw was when my son went in for a cleaning and Dr Lee never came to do his check up, just forgot about him and left him in the chair for more then 30 minutes but tried to bill my insurance for the exam. Save your time and your money

I have pretty much been to this dentist ever since I was a child. But there was one incident where one of the doctors, who I don't remember the name to, told me to stop crying. I'm 31 now, so this happened well over 12 years or more. I had very high anxiety and depression as a child and still do. But to tell a child to stop crying is unprofessional and wrong. I don't even know if this man works there anymore. The last time I went back was to see Dr. Lee about a year or two ago. She was very nice. But I will not be returning to this place because of what happened to me as a child.

Dr. Roper is incredibly thorough and personable. He always takes time to explain everything, even at the end of the day. Yesterday, Irma cleaned my teeth using a water and baking soda blast that removed stains I've had for years. She even checked my lymph nodes and jaw. The whole team at Alfa Dental in Dallas makes you feel like a priority, no matter what time your appointment is.

Dr. Lee is a great doctor. She takes time to explain everything that will be done and executes very efficiently. She is a very competent dentist. I highly recommend using Dr. Lee. Also the facility is very inviting and comfortable.

I cracked my tooth during Carabana in Canada and called a day before my return to the USA. I was scheduled for the morning after arriving back. I was so pleased, as i was suffering. I had a cracked back tooth. It was temporarily fixed with a temp crown. I will return in a week for follow up. Dr. Lee is soooooo thorough. She explains everything and takes her time with you. This is my second experience with them. The staff and doctor are great.

absolutely the best dentist in Dallas, my husband had some very BAD dental care experience ( so bad they were required to return our money) until I got him in to see Dr Roper. I had been to him prior so I knew this is what my husband needed, not only TLC but correct dental procedures. So for our vote we would give them A 10 star rating if it were available.
