They took my money for an exam but pretended they couldn't schedule treatment and said they'd call me. They called once when I was at work, then never again. So I paid a lot for an exam and X-rays, and now I'll have to pay again before getting any treatment. Plus, the employees are really awful here. I live nearby and was walking my dogs; they stepped off the sidewalk near the office (which is littered with trash from the highway), and a Karen who works there came out to yell at me for no reason.

I called Dr. Grossman about a painful problem in my lower left teeth and jaw, and they got me in the very next day. X-rays, thorough exam, clear plan for healing and next steps. Really appreciate the care and urgency from the whole team.

Going to this dentist is so easy. They make you comfortable, and your dentures are made perfectly. You want to meet all the doctors—they become like family. Highly recommend, both doctors are very caring.

When I first started attending the Grossman’s dental practice. I had a good experience. I have a sleep acne problem and doctor Alla Grossman agreed to assist me with the snore guard. I received preapproval from my insurance company and I paid the amount that was requested out of pocket expenses before even getting the device. At some point Kathy, the accountant for Dr. Grossman’s office and my insurance company got into a back-and-forth regarding the benefits and my insurance company did not pay. Kathy never informed me of this I found out about it through the collection on my credit report when I was trying to purchase a house. When I contacted her she was very nasty and unresponsive. My insurance company has called her multiple times. Oftentimes she was not in the office, not at work, or just not cooperative! Cathy does whatever she wants with no accountability. The Grossman’s take no responsibility for her behavior. This has gone on for a year and my claim is still not resolved. I have completed an appeals process through my insurance company. I have asked Dr. Grossman to contact me on several occasions and she refuses to call me as well. My point is that their service and follow up is horrible. They are not committed to helping their clients follow through 100% with insurance matters. I do not recommend anyone to use their service. My snore guard does not work to this day but I cannot get any assistance from Alpha Dental and I have been denied all of my healthcare information, records and appointments.

Went to Alpha Dental to remove three wisdom teeth (had one removed elsewhere years ago). The whole surgery took half an hour, smooth and painless. Dr. Steve is experienced and patient. My three kids and I have been going for years—very comfortable. Both doctors are knowledgeable, staff kind and professional. Yes, I'd recommend them.

I went to this business several times and at first they were very friendly. cooperative with my insurance, and understanding with my situation . Then I go for a filling appointment with being told it wouldn't take too long considering I mentioned I had to go to work afterwards. I ended up being late to work, having to be numbed twice with that horrible shot, and very frustrated. I was forced to have the shot twice because while I was on time for my appointment, an older woman was not and my dentist processed to go and help her for over an hour while the numbing in my mouth was disappearing. I will not go back.
Being clueless about some if not most dentist are horrible practitioners I did what any ordinary citizen would do and trusted one of the dentists. I went for a check up and got X rays done and only went in for an extraction, but the dentist Alla Grossman wanted to do root canals after ( the most expensive and impractical treatment) and completely ignoring the inexpensive fillings. that I needed on my front teeth. I went to a another dentist and found out that I did not need a root canal done and that she was just trying to get extra money in her pocket. DO NOT go here unless you accept the possibility of getting ripped off and lied to.
I previously had 2 wisdom teeth extracted at this office and they took great care of me. the staff was friendly and really knew what they were doing. they even called the next day to check up on me. quick and painless. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone!
