Dr. Priya and her assistant were great throughout the emergency dentistry procedure. Once I got out of there, I realized it wasn't nearly as bad as I'd feared after such a long absence from any dentist.

Honestly, the team at Altima Hess Village Dental Centre in Hamilton, ON is just amazing. As someone with a physical disability, I always feel so respected and welcome there. Dr. Tuli and all the staff are truly skilled and kind - they really see me as a person. My last visit was a couple days ago, and even when the elevator wasn't working, manager Mara and Hannah somehow got it fixed and were so thoughtful about it. They even gave me an electric toothbrush while I waited, which I really appreciated. It's that kind of care that keeps me coming back for my dental needs.

Let me start by saying the dental hygienist here is absolutely fantastic - she's the main reason I keep coming back to this Hamilton dental clinic. She's professional, skilled, and genuinely cares about patients. Dr. Tuli is excellent too - knowledgeable and kind with great assistants. But honestly, he seems consistently overbooked. Appointments often run 45 minutes late or get interrupted, and after three years as a patient spending thousands annually, he sometimes doesn't seem aware of my history or why I'm there. The reception change hasn't helped with scheduling either.

Been with Altima Hess Village Dental Centre for over 30 years - seen all the changes from the old school assistants to the newer ones in the Hamilton office. I've always loved Mrs. Kendall who's been looking after my teeth forever, from teething to cavities. She's absolutely awesome and so friendly. Still getting to know the other staff, but they seem great too. Blessings to the whole team for keeping up with my preventive care all these years.

Dr. Tuli at Altima Hess Village Dental Centre in Hamilton is incredible. He's done amazing work with some difficult dental problems I've had over the years, and today was no exception. A very old crown had fallen off and it looked like I might need a new one - which would've been expensive! But Dr. Tuli persevered, and his skilled hands made the existing crown work perfectly. Staff are warm and friendly. They are always willing to help you through the process and explain costs, treatment plans, etc. The doctors are thorough and explain your condition and next steps, making it easy to understand. They were very accommodating during a dental emergency I experienced, and made sure I was taken care of as quickly as possible.

Dr. Priya and her team are awesome! Saija gave me the most gentle but effective cleaning I’ve ever had. They take their time and are very honest with you about treatment needs. It can be hard to find a new dentist in such an exploitative industry but I would feel great about sending anyone here.

My experience was fantastic. I have bad anxiety and uncomfortable at dentist, but they made me feel great and comfortable.
I have been embarrassed and neglecting my teeth for a long time, i now want to change that and understand how important oral health is. The doctor was very kind and understanding. He sat and spoke with me on an intimate level to help me understand more and how we are all going to work together to fix my teeth.
