Honestly, I'm really frustrated. This is the second time we've come to Amazing Smiles in Hackettstown and they didn't do what they said they would. First time, I told them my daughter had a cavity and a loose tooth, but they only did a cleaning because they ran out of time. Had to drive over an hour to another dentist. Fast forward six months, she's in pain from another cavity. I called ahead and confirmed they'd handle it. When we got there, they said again it would only be a cleaning because the hygienist had to leave. Unprofessional. We needed fillings for children and they just didn't deliver.

We've been coming to Amazing Smiles Dentistry for a while and it's hands-down the best pediatric dental office around Hackettstown! Every visit goes smoothly, the staff is super warm, and they always remember my little Dani wants to watch Matilda while in the chair. Dr. Franklin is amazing with kids—so patient and gentle. My kids actually look forward to their cleanings! The office is bright and fun, designed to make little ones feel safe. Couldn't be happier with the care we get here.

Dr. Franklin is the best dentist I've ever taken my kids to. She's calm, friendly, and talks them through everything. I recommend her to everyone, especially if your kids are nervous about the dentist. The whole staff here in Hackettstown is excellent too. My kids actually look forward to their pediatric cleanings now!

We just came back from another wonder appointment with Dr. Franklin. My daughter is now excited to go see the dentist! Everything is explained and even demonstrated before anything is even done, which my child certainly appreciates. Dr. Franklin and her assistant are always compassionate and gentle when taking care of her. From start to finish the staff is amazing!!!! Highly recommend!

Dr. Franklin is great. She explains everything so there are no surprises. My 8-year-old daughter was terrified of the dentist after a bad experience elsewhere. My son hasn’t had the best experience with dentist’s in the past so he was pretty apprehensive about his visit; he’s 6. Dr. Franklin was pretty amazing with him. He actually said, “this is very peaceful!” She made him so comfortable and made sure she explained everything every step of the way. He ended up having 2 teeth pulled without a flinch!! She ensured him that the tooth fairy will be visiting. Dr. Franklin and her team were so great; thank you!

We just had our first experience at Amazing smiles after a very long search trying to find a new pediatric dentist for my 2 boys. My son had a tooth that needed to be pulled and they did absolutely amazing.The dentist was wonderful with him, reassuring him and telling him what to expect without it being scary.
Everyone in the office we interacted with was nice and friendly.
We have had some terrible experiences at other dentists in the past, and it has resulted in my boys being quite afraid to go but I think we have finally found a dentist my boys will be happy to go too.

Dr. Franklin is amazing and her entire crew is equally amazing! I had three very anxious children about going to the dentist and getting x-rays done, all three left with smiles. The entire staff explains everything they're doing to both parents and the kids in such a calming way. Would recommend this dentist to anyone with children! Picking your own Netflix show when getting your teeth checked, is "so cool."

Dr. Franklin is the best pediatric dentist we have had. The staff is super friendly (all of them!). My kids do not like dentists and I have taken them to several dentist around my area and had no luck so far until I found Amazing Smiles. Dr. Franklin have managed to keep them calm while doing their cleaning. The office is super clean. I highly recommend this dentist.

Amazing Smiles is absolutely AMAZING! Dr. Franklin and her staff are great with kids. The office is clean and fun, with TVs over the chairs—my 2-year-old watched his favorite movie during his cleaning, which made everything easy. Amazing Smiles is hands down the best pediatric dental practice I’ve been to. Over the last few weeks I have visited multiple dentist to attempt to rectify my sons dental issues to no avail. After recommendation from a friend, I traveled over an hour to visit the practice and was not disappointed. Not only were they able to help us but, my son is terrified of the dentist and they made the experience a pleasurable one for him. This place is great. Family-oriented, clean, caring, fast. I have 4 kids and we were in and out in no time. Dr. Franklin is easily the best dentist my kids have ever had—they used to be terrified, but now they're totally at ease. She explains everything in plain language. I used to see her at another facility, and when she opened her own in Hackettstown, I was so excited. I drive 1.5 hours to get here and it's totally worth it.

I brought my two kids (ages 3 and 5) here to their very first dental appointment and without question they were extremely nervous about what was going to happen. Dr. Franklin and her staff were very kind and gentle and eased their worries. They had a TV monitor set up so they could watch their favorite show while Dr. Franklin cleaned their teeth. She introduced them to all the gadgets she would be using on them. My son was so scared to see his big sister sitting in the chair that they made him an “assistant” to help out with her cleaning. It certainly calmed him down and seeing that their was nothing to worry about made no hesitation to jump into his chair to get his teeth cleaned when it was his turn.
Her receptionist was very professional and welcoming. My kids enjoyed playing in the waiting room. We all had such a positive experience that my kids cannot wait to go back and visit Dr.Franklin and her staff again. Thank you for making this such a positive experience for all of us!
