Watch out for billing issues at this Wheaton office. I gave them my insurance info days before my visit and was repeatedly told I was covered, even during my emergency dental services appointment when they asked about extras like x-rays. A month later, I got a $600 bill because they don't enroll in dental networks. When I asked why I was told I was covered, they basically said "you were" - not helpful at all. Really frustrating experience.

They reserved two hours, took x-rays, and explained everything really well - found some decay under the old crown that wasn't visible before. Dr. Koehne's the only dentist in Wheaton I trust with my teeth, been going to him for years. Usually hate dental visits, but coming here is actually fine. He's really friendly and takes time to explain everything during procedures like restorative dentistry work. Doesn't rush between patients either. I do not know where to start with this dental office. Mrs Orange the front desk she is so homely and personable she makes you feel so welcomed her alone makes you not want to go anywhere else. Dr K. came out to the waiting room and had a conversation with me also made me feel welcomed. Miss Nadia and Mrs Alma was also amazing with conducting an exray. The best part Dr Bob!!! He is something wonderful!!! He helps you understand what he's going to do. Dr. Bob walks you through the plan of action. He has patience, he's kind and humble. I strongly recommend dentist office.

Can't say that about too many dentists. He has gotten me through some extensive tooth problems and is a great guy.
