My son just had all four wisdom teeth pulled over at Amberly Dental in Waverly. He was pretty nervous since he'd only ever had cleanings before, but Dr. Vacek and his team totally put him at ease—and me too. He's had hardly any pain just by following the aftercare instructions they gave us. Honestly, they did such a great job that I'm thinking about coming in myself, even though I've got major dentist anxiety. Dr. Vacek is so polite and soft-spoken, I feel like I could actually handle it.

I was eating near by and on the way out their digital sign portrayed a little joke about being nice to your dentist. Before I could finish reading it switched to the next slide. I sat there waiting for it to come back around and it was taking a little too long and I had the leave so still curious I decided to give them a call. A lovely lady answered the call and as confused as she was when I asked her what that sign said. She said “let me go check” she comes back and provided the rest of the joke over the phone.”BE NICE TO YOUR DENTIST, HE HAS FILLINGS TOO!” Gave my whole family a laugh. Great thanks go out to the lady who stood out front of the office and waited for that slide to come back around and then to pass the message along. I really appreciate it. I don’t know how long I would have thought about the missing part of that joke. But it will haunt me no longer. I may rest now knowing the complete joke.

****Update, I have asked multiple people who go to different dentist and all said the same thing. They were all billed once and never had their dentist come back wirh another bill. I was referred to you all but I will never refer anyone to you.**** I thought the dentist was awesome. However, the front lady talked me into signing up for an Alpeaon account for the bill. I did and they charged my service which was $1700 plus after insurance to my new account. 3 months later I get another bill for $278 and some change!!! Totally ridiculous and I will never go back. ****** Update..... the liar Dentists said in his response message if I called the office and spoke with him he would get this taken care of. I called and felt like he wasn't helping at all and they continue to send me the bill. That they under estimated by over 20%!!!! What a joke!!!!
Thanks for the review Danny. I suspect this is an error in insurance estimation. Basically, the insurance company did not pay as much as we expected they would. We like to give people an estimate of what they'll owe. We're experienced but obviously not perfect! Insurance companies are notoriously difficult to work with and do not like to pay out. Consequently, there was an amount left over that the insurance company did not pay. In any case, if you felt misled, that's our mistake. Call our office. Ask to talk to me (Dr. V.) and I'll make sure it's fixed.
Dr. Vacek has been my favorite since I started coming to Amberly Dental. I've never met a dentist so caring, gentle, and non-judgmental. I'm actually scheduling for full mouth implants soon, and yeah, I'm nervous, but I know he'll take care of me and help figure out pricing too. Honestly, everyone deserves a dentist like him in Waverly.

Our whole family has switched from a corporate chain to this business and it has made a world of difference. Seriously could not have found a nicer dental office. From reception to hygienist to doctor - all staff are just lovely. Great prize bin for the kiddos. Just exceptional care all around. So lucky we decided to switch!

We moved to Omaha 7 years ago and a relative recommended Amberly. Turns out to be the best dental experience! The staff? GREAT! They make the first impression. Dr. Vacek? Highly skilled and has all the current technology a dental office can have. He's incredibly conscious of a patient having any pain. And he explains everything he's going do and why. Waverly!? We live in West Omaha...it's a 40-45 minute drive to Waverly. Remember...you're not going there every day. Go to their website, get to "know" them and his practice. If you're looking for a new dentist or you've just moved to the area You can't do better than Amberly Dental. Professional, Friendly, they offer dental plans, as well.

Great place with amazing staff! It never feels like it's been six months since my last cleaning—feels like I was just there yesterday. They're super attentive to your needs and really caring. Dr. Vacek has top-of-the-line equipment too, so they can do a lot in-house, which saves time. I could go on and on about Amberly Dental in Waverly!

The Best Dentist office I have ever been in. The atmosphere is relaxing the minute you walk in. Each and every person in this office makes you feel like your the only one there. They are professional, respectful, friendly and so much more. We will be taking our whole family to this dentist and HIGHLY Recommend this office to Anyone and everyone. And if you have a bit of a drive, ITS WORTH IT!!!!! We are a half hour drive, even if it were and hour we would make the drive!!!!

I’ve had a few root canals done here, as well as regular cleanings and a more recent wisdom teeth removal and Dr. Vacek could not have done better with any of it. Having a lot of anxiety before and during the surgeries, Dr. Vacek made me feel as comfortable as I could have possible been and I knew I was in good hands the entire time. I have never doubted his ability or commitment to his patients and I would recommend him to anyone.

I had a great experience at Amberly Dental! I was visiting from out of town and needed dental care. The staff got me in immediately and Dr. Vacek was able to treat me the same day.
