Dr Kubra is very rough with the metal rings she placed in my mouth. my gums were damaged and bleeding for several days and I dont think she has a lot of experience. I will not be coming back. There is always new staff and seems to be more of a training facility which also makes me uncomfortable.This is an honest review and i do not wish to speak to anyone from here again.

Staff are continually learning (training) including the doctors. We are committed to staying on top of our profession and take pride in providing top quality care with the latest technology.
Staff do come and go for various reasons. We have 2 staff out on maternity leave at the moment with a third going out on one soon. We also have 2 staff on leave with serious medical situations. We support them in their road to recovery. Lord willing, they will all be back in time.
Had my first appointment at Ancaster Dental Care yesterday and was super impressed. From the moment I stepped in, everyone was professional and welcoming. My assistant Vy was so kind and attentive, making sure I was comfortable. Dr. Hambly answered all my questions about getting a crown without rushing me. Finding a good dentist in Ancaster with this level of attention can be tough, but they've got it down.

Very friendly dentists and staff who make you feel at ease, which is nice when you're coming from a place that gave you some dentist anxiety! They were able to fit me in for the first time last year on fairly short notice before my wedding, and have been great ever since. Their evening hours make the practice more accessible as well. Definitely recommend!

As someone who has always hated going to the dentist, it's something huge for me to say I actually don't mind going for my regular cleaning. All of the hygienists are super gentle, yet thorough.
