Honestly, after moving to Ancaster and not seeing a dentist for a year, I was pretty nervous. But the team here made me feel so welcome right away. They actually listened to my questions and didn't rush me at all. I was dreading the dental cleaning, but Corrie the hygienist was super gentle and explained everything she was doing. The whole experience was way more positive than I expected. Definitely coming back for my next check-up in Ancaster!

Going to the dentist always stresses me out beforehand - feels like getting called to the principal's office! But at Ancaster Dental, the similarities end there. The staff here are wonderful: friendly, understanding, punctual, and super flexible. They really make dental cleanings in Hamilton way less daunting than I expected. Dr. Tawfik has been taking care of both me and my husband, and honestly, he's just fantastic. He's so gentle and really knows his stuff, plus Shelly his assistant is amazing too. They always explain everything before and during procedures, which makes you feel safe and calm. It's clear they use the latest dental technology here in Ontario. Called for an emergency dental service and got a same-day appointment, which was awesome. From the lady who answered the phone to the X-ray tech and both dentists I saw, everyone was excellent. They accommodated me really well and explained everything about my condition. The follow-up today was just as good - the dentist took time to go over proper treatment options. Such a great experience at this Ancaster clinic.

Been going to Ancaster Dental for over 25 years now. My hygienist Corey is always pleasant and kind - we've built a really good rapport over the years. The dental cleanings are consistently great, and I wouldn't go anywhere else in the Hamilton area. They just make everything comfortable and routine.

By far the best dentist I've found in the Hamilton area. I get nervous about dental work, but everyone at Ancaster Dental makes you feel right at home. They're super friendly, fast, and gentle with procedures. If you're looking for a dentist in Ontario, this is definitely the place - I'd 100% recommend them for anything from fillings to regular check-ups.

Brought my son Lawrence to Ancaster Dental for a second opinion on some pediatric dentistry concerns. The dentist was really fair and actually referred us elsewhere when needed. I've always had great care here though - they fixed 8 cavities for me! Staff are welcoming and helpful. Good experience overall in Ontario.

Everything about this place in Ancaster is awesome - feels like you're home with family. Dr. Beshoy is super caring, professional and knowledgeable. Front desk staff are really nice too. Had my first visit to Ancaster Dental Centre and it was great from start to finish. Maryam and Shoriya at the front desk were so welcoming and helpful - no waiting at all. The place is clean and beautiful. Cory the hygienist did a fantastic job, and Dr. Dina was amazing - she actually listened when I said I hate dental machine sounds and was super understanding. She explained everything about my dental check-up in detail. Really impressed!

I fear the dentist but Dr.Beshoy made my visit as good as it could possibly be. He and his staff Took the time to provide the care and comfort, knowing that I was afraid. This is the best dentists office. I was so afraid of going to the dentist due to TMJ pain and a medical disorder; I did so much research on dentists, and spoke to a few over a years span. The dentist at Ancaster Dental Centre not only was so patient during my first appointment but had actually done research on my disorder before hand so was so well informed!! I was honestly very impressed and felt reassured as he was the first dentist to take the time to understand how my disorder affects how I receive dental treatment.
The hygienists are wonderful as well- accommodating, understanding about high anxiety and kind.
The front desk ladies are also super pleasant. My son also had a wonderful experience there as did my spouse. There are only two dentists I have ever had who I would highly recommend and Ancaster dental is one of them.
