Upon entering the office, which I have been going to for over 20 years, I was taken aback by the coldness of the new decor. It is very white. The waiting area is small and the patients are too close together.
The room where my teeth were cleaned, is just as white and cold looking. No paintings or any kind of distracting artifacts or music playing. Gone is the giant toothbrush, the music and all of the fun things previously in the rooms.
Fortunately, as always, Paige, the hygienist, was her usual friendly, efficient self, as was Dr. Zucker.
So, I will continue to go there for their excellent care, in spite of this new cold sterile atmosphere.

I'm a fairly new customer at this practice(about 4 years). I find Dr. Zucker and his staff to be very professional in a friendly way.. The atmosphere is always calming, which I like. I've always been tense going to a dentist and that's no longer the case. I feel comfortable with the people there. Lynn is my hygienist and she does a great job.

I always have a positive experience going to see Dr. Zucker and the hygienists at Ancaster Family Dental. They are personable and professional, give you honest feedback about what treatments you need or do not need or have a choice to do now or later, don’t make you feel guilty/lecture if you don’t floss regularly (though they encourage you to), and are very good with my kids, too so they have a positive association with the dentist. I recommend this practice to anyone looking for a good dentist.
