Honestly Angel Care has been such a lifesaver. They saved my teeth when other dentists wanted to pull them. The staff was so friendly and took their time. I walked in the same day and they helped me out, even did extra work. I'll recommend them over anyone else I've been to in Lorain. Their emergency dental service is amazing!

Never again will I come to this place. Scraping at my gums and cutting into my gums when you see I'm in pain and bleeding a lot and not asking if I'm ok and just telling me to keep my head up is crazy. I'm still bleeding and my mouth is in so much pain. Get better people.

Just went to this dentist for the first time. Very happy with the experience! The front desk lady was nice, the dentist was awesome, and all the staff was great. Came for a routine cleaning and pain. I knew I wanted one tooth removed but she advised both and I agreed. My wisdom teeth were causing neighboring teeth to decay so they offered to remove my top 2 wisdom teeth. So thrilled because I had a hard time finding any place in Lorain that accepted Medicaid to remove them. No more pain after removing the 4 teeth and will come back for my fillings. Thank you guys so much!

I was referred for a root canal but after looking at my x-rays and physical exam, the dentist said I didn't need one! Happy tears in my eyes—so grateful for his honesty and integrity. Wow. The receptionist was so terribly rude. Just called to schedule a new patient appointment and she could not be bother with me. Then she hung up on me. So glad she did, because I will never take my family to a place where people are this way. Treat people how you want to be treated! 7/20/2023.

Our Lorain Ohio location was closed in July due to our Doctor being out of the country. Please check which location you contacted since there were no staff in this location during this month.
I will never see another dentist office in my life. I was in pain for 2 weeks, searching far and wide for a dentist to just relieve the pain. Every dentist gave me an excuse. The dentist here took time to care for me, helped me get relief until I could get it pulled. You guys saved my quality of life and my holiday with my family. Receptionist was awesome, the girl before the dentist was very sweet. True heroes!

I made my husband an appointment here to get his teeth cleaned. The receptionist Amanda has so many candles lit in the front to hide the smell from her vape. You could hear her using it while she was hiding behind her computer the whole time we sat in the waiting room. She also kept talking about how she had $4,000 worth of deposits sitting there and that they had been sitting there for a few days. The hygienist that did his cleaning came in talking super loud about her baby daddy issues that the entire office could hear, and there were plenty of people in the waiting room. She kept coming out to talk about it during the time he was back there. They took his x rays and told him he had cavities. They didn’t show him or tell him where they were, but we scheduled to get them taken care of anyways. The receptionist again made a comment about having a lot of money to deposit when we came for this visit while we were in the waiting room. Again, they never went over what teeth he needed filled or would be getting filled that day.
Just wanted to give these girls some recognition! Just left after getting a root canal and 2 extractions and I felt no pain or discomfort. They checked up on periodically to make sure that I wasn’t hurting. Everything went so smoothly and fast. 10/10 ladies! You rock ❤️
Came today for a check up and cleaning. From the moment I walked in, the staff was very polite and helpful. The doctor explained everything I needed and I even got a procedure done that same day. Finally found a good dentist in Lorain to take care of my teeth. Would highly recommend this office!

First off, I'm not on my phone, but my name is Sharon Obazuaye. I went there today for a root canal (first ever!) I'm EXTREMELY afraid of the dentist & I let the staff & the Dr. know of my anxiety & panic attacks. The staff were amazing & ensured me that I would be numbed to the point of not feeling anything & would probably come out laughing! Boy were they wrong!!! He said to raise my hand if I needed a break or in pain, so when the pain was unbearable & I couldn't take any more I raised my hand & he ignored it & snapped at me "one more minute! By this time I'm raising my body up off of the chair, yelling, crying, & started to hyperventilate! He put the filling in & said all done & then jumped up & left the room. The assistant knew I was in a lot of pain & softly asked if I had pain pills at home & I told her no, so she went to ask him for a script, but he denied it. I know the assistant & receptionist felt bad bcuz they were telling me it wouldn't hurt at all. I would give the staff 5 stars if I could, but the dentist & how I was treated really deserves -5 stars! I'm praying I can find a new dentist to finish his work bcuz I really don't want to go back!
I went for my first visit today. I had broken a molar and was able to be seen in 5 days, and for a Medicaid appointment, that's pretty good from what I hear. I was called back within 20 minutes or so for X-rays. I was a little surprised that I wasn't given an x-ray apron but didn't think about that until afterwards. No one offered their names, but everyone was extremely nice. They let my mom come back with me, even though I'm an adult, because I have a brain condition. I had to wait about 30-40 minutes for the dentist, but I overheard them saying they were short staffed. I understand that. He was very thorough, going through my history, allergies, medications, and issues with my teeth. We made a plan for today and the future.He only gave me one shot of Novocaine but I could tell he knew where to place it because it numbed everything. Usually I get 2 or 3 injections and I'm numb for a day. He left and gave me time to get fully numb. I had an absolutely pain free filling done. And the assistant did not let any water or tooth parts go down my throat and I was so appreciative of that. Then another assistant came to fill it and she really took her time and made it perfect. My biggest suggestion is for the staff to introduce themselves. The dentist did, but not the two women working with him. It helps. But I really appreciated the care and being pain free.
I definitely was panicking when I opted for tooth extraction today! But my nurse and the doctor were literally SO NICE and listened every single time I told them I felt pain! They took it at my Pace and they were super calming and reassuring! 10 out of 10 I would recommend for anyone who has dental anxiety!
Had a great experience! This doctor is so nice and passionate, took her time and really made me feel important and didn’t make me feel like she was in a rush! The receptionist was really nice! & the staff treated me so kindly. Would recommend anybody to go there!
This place is awesome! My son is very scared of Dentist and needles, and the staff really made it easy for him to get his 1st 2 cavities filled!They were quick and gave us laughs for free. Appt setting was quick, easy, and friendly. I definitely recommend Angel Dental 🦷 and will definitely be back.
Best dentist I have been to in my entire 36 years of life hands down. The staff is friendly and compassionate. They do not force you to make extra appointments if they can take care of it in one visit. I felt 0 pain and they made sure that I liked the work that was done. The doc found a cavity when he was doing my daughter's cleaning and filled it right then and there. They built my tooth up from barely a sliver into a full tooth rather than make me get an implant. I would shout it from the roof tops if I could. Dr. Kassim is amazing and so is his staff.
Great customer service, truly an office that cares about the needs and concerns of their patients! Super clean and friendly environment. Will be coming back for my regular cleanings and can finally say I am excited to come in for a cleaning!
