To begin, the front desk at Angel Family Dentistry in Staten Island was rather passive aggressive. I'm 18 and new to appointments on my own, and when I didn't know parts of the form, the lady gave me a disapproving look. Also, during my X-ray, she accidentally pushed the machine into my upper lip, which hurt pretty badly—not sure why it was moved aggressively toward my face. Not the best first visit to this Staten Island dental clinic.

Front office reps provide miss information, based on the info they provided I changed my insurance 3 times!!! and after each switch they take back their claim & tell me “sorry, we are not taking new patients with this insurance at this time” Not once have they apologized or claimed responsibility for this complete inconvenience & waste of time, their go to response is “I’m not sure who u spoke with at the time, but they must have given you the wrong information”. Whoever is managing this office needs to address this issue because it’s affecting their reputation as an office!

Dr. Habib is a very kind dentist. I had been terrified of going to the dentist in the past, hence all my dental problems.I felt really comfortable and safe and she answered any questions I had. Her office staff is amazing also. The office is spotless and the waiting time Is extremely minimal. I had dental work completed and partial dentures. The process because of Dr. Habib was easy and I am so happy to have found her office. I can honestly recommend her to anyone young or old.

I am so please to find such a great dentist. Dr.Habib makes sure you're comfortable and that your in no pain. I was very impressed by the office being so clean and tidy. Receptionist and dental assistant are extremely friendly, which makes the visit go smoothly.
