First, they took forever with my dental X-rays and wanted me to wait 45 minutes to see the dentist. Then it turned out the dentist I booked with wasn't even in the office that day. So I rescheduled, came back, and they had lost the X-rays! Now I have to find a new dentist in New York and get a double dose of radiation. When I said how disappointed I was, they didn't even apologize—just stood there. What a terrible experience.

Get a second opinion if they say you have cavities and need root canals. They will lie just to bill Medicaid patients or even regular insurance for unnecessary work “you have 8 cavities” went to another dentist and ZERO CAVITIES
My daughter recommended Dr. Christopher Wong, and now I love coming to the dentist. After three bad experiences with other dentists, I was pretty skeptical, but the attention here surprised me. From the front office to the actual treatment, everyone was patient and caring. The office is clean and organized, and the staff is neat and kind. I booked an appointment for a cleaning and filling this month and I cannot recommend this place enough! I had a lot of anxiety going into it since my old dentist wasn't the best but everyone here is very kind and patient from the dentists to the receptionists. I had Dr. An for my dentist, who helped explain everything he was doing and made sure I was comfortable. I'm sure anyone you see tho would be great if you go here :))
Wow amazing experience, Dr. An was great. Zero wait time & painless cleaning checkup. Haven’t been in so long & at no point did I feel lectured or judged but was still informative. Dr. An really is a breath of fresh air & relief to now have good dentist for future.
I would say beware if your insurance is not the best. I came here like 3 times and I felt like they weren’t upfront about the payments I had to make. They will try to get you to pay for random stuff here and there. I think the second time I was here, while the dentist was working on my teeth with my mouth open, she told me I had to pay $50 for something at that moment. I would’ve appreciated if I was told this beforehand and of course I would say okay in that moment because I trust her judgment over mine and that is something I would need. I ended up switching to another dentist and haven’t had this issue with random payments.
I’ve been going here for several years now and cannot recommend this place enough! Dr. Ma is genuinely the most knowledgeable, caring, and patient dentist I’ve ever had, and would even go to say I’d never find another better than her. The entire team and staff here are also extremely kind as well and they make you feel like family. If you’ve been looking for a dentist, this is the place!
The stuff are very friendly and welcoming specially Lin huang and Shirley zhang at the front desk my doctor is Dr.charlotte lanyi Lin she is very gentle and knowledgeable on what she do. I didn’t feel any discomfort while doing the procedure and she listen on what the patient wants and recommend the best option. Now I can smile with confidence and thank you.

I’ve been going here for 7 years. The office is clean and staff is friendly and organized. I had my teeth cleaned today by Dr. Ma. As usual she was is so kind and thorough. You always get the sense that she genuinely wants to what is best for you, not like she is just going through the motions. She takes the time to make sure you understand procedures and that you are aware of all options. Highly recommended.
I've been coming here for a few years. I spent so much time looking for a dentist who was patient and gentle after being traumatized and provided unnecessary treatment from other places. Dr. Jing takes care of me and is amazing. The staff is also really nice. I used to do a check-up maybe once a year, but now I come every 6 months. Highly recommend this clinic.
