Been taking my son to Apollonia for a couple years now and honestly only have great things to say about Dr. Olson and her team! They really go above and beyond to make my 7-year-old feel comfortable and special. He has so much fun every time we go in and is treated SO well. My folks really liked the service so I gave them a try. Yes, the prices are up there but I get the cost of everything. The dentist was amazing – and when she sings, she shouldn't hold back on hitting those high notes. The assistants really helped me through my emotions and anxiety. I ugly cried the whole time and they held my hands and cleaned up my runny mascara. Great care for nervous patients.

The dentist was so sweet! Her and her assistant made me feel totally comfortable. She even sang to me – mind you, I'm 30 years old. They were so sweet, highly recommend! No pain whatsoever during my tooth extraction. If you're looking for a gentle dentist in Dickinson, go here.

My husband went in for the first time – had to pay for services up front even with insurance. They scheduled a follow-up for 3 cavities, but when he came in they started the work then ended early because they wanted to fit someone else in. He had to take two days off work for 3 cavities. Terrible service. Receptionist was super rude. He inquired about his bill and they charged an extra $300 after paying up front.

I'm 38 weeks pregnant and had been taking Tylenol for bad teeth for a while. Apollonia took the tooth out in just a few minutes – and the dentist even said a prayer for me. I knew I was in good hands. The hygienist was super knowledgeable and walked me through everything step by step. So happy that tooth is gone! Called to cancel my husband's appointment because he was still out of town. The receptionist kept talking over me and was rude, then actually asked if I wanted to reschedule. Nope! Poor customer service. They're overpriced too. My husband doesn't feel they do a good job. Our last dentist in MT did a superior job – never charged fees for canceling or rescheduling. Just a joke.

Called to make appointments for my kids and was told that if your child has Medicaid you can't make an appointment – you just have to wait for them to call and then come right away. My kids don't have Medicaid, but I found that crazy. I have private insurance, but I chose not to make an appointment because they seemed like a difficult practice to work with.

Most awful experience ever. Had a toothache, made an appointment for a week away, gave a deposit, and they canceled an hour before. Not dependable at all. Needed emergency dental care and they let me down.
