I just started my teeth whitening process this past week with Dr. Shenouda. He made it incredibly easy, and the whole process was extremely smooth. His staff are extremely kind and attentive, and I wasn’t left in the waiting room for too long.
Had my first appointment with them and everyone was so nice. I had a cleaning done and the dr was very informative. I was worried about the pain I might feel but I didn’t feel any pain or discomfort. Definitely will continue going to this office. Also the longest I waited was 5 minutes! I finally found a dentist I like.
Based on my first visit to his office , I chose to stick with Dr.Shenouda as a dental provider for me and my kids. He is very knowledgeable, reliable and trust worthy . My kids were very comfortable with the office crew as well. I confidently recommend him for all friends and family members.

Dr. Shenouda's dental office is really great! The people there are super nice and make you feel comfortable. Dr. Shenouda knows a lot about different dental materials and he explains things in a way that's easy to understand. The office is new and very clean. They fixed my teeth and now I'm really happy with my smile. If you need a dentist, I totally recommend Dr. Shenouda's office!
Horrible experience. The dentist is a nice guy but definitely needs more practice. The dentist was confused when checking the x-ray because he mentioned my tooth was fine, until I told him it was the other side. He almost injected me with out topical which is not a big deal but when he was working on the tooth for a filling he chipped my tooth and accidentally cut the inside of my mouth… what got me mad was that I had to ask for gauze to stop the bleeding. A week later the filling fell off. He had worked on another cavity on my lower side yet, prepared it wrong. I had filled a Grievance through insurance and a professional dentist from the insurance company had reviewed the x-rays and saw that the tooth was prepared wrong. Overall, horrible experience! I hope with time he gets the practice he needs to become a better dentist. I understand that in the medical field it takes time to gain experience and practice but I was just disappointed this happened to me. I do wish him the best of luck.
Doctor is very nice and even if there is room for improvement, I am sure they will improve. The office is pretty new and clean , that is another thing I like.
My mom is an old lady and she needed a denture. It is hard to find a dentist in some plans in our days but we found him. Dr. Maged was very nice and caring toward her ,gentle and advised us what to do. Also, his staff is respectful and very nice.
Over all I will recommend him, I am very glad he is around, providing services to our neighborhood.
