This place is outstanding! Friendly, competent, and fast. They do everything from implants to basic cleanings right in the Federal Way office. After my old provider sold his practice, I didn't think I'd find better, but Art of the Smiles exceeded expectations. 10/10.

I saw staff disrespect a black woman after they chipped her tooth. She wasn't comfortable with the doctor, and they threatened her if she left a review. She had proof. Some people need culture training. I won't return and hope she reports this.

Came for a free consultation but was told I had to pay $400 for an estimate. Other clinics do it free. When I asked for a refund, they said 'I have to pay my workers.' Unhappy. Wouldn't recommend for ortho—they charge $2-3k more than others in Federal Way.
We're sorry for the confusion. At Art of the Smiles in Federal Way, consultations are complimentary, but X-rays were sent to another office. We refunded the exam fee. We'll improve communication going forward.
I had a dental emergency and went to Art of the Smiles in Federal Way. Katie at the front desk was super welcoming, and Dr. Huang was great—very skillful and knowledgeable. Aman did my X-rays and cleaning, and everyone was so friendly. I'm picky about dentists, but I'm sticking with this office.

I walked into this office on a whim after breaking my tooth. I had called around to multiple offices and been told if I wanted to be seen I’d have to come in first thing in the morning and wait for an evaluation if there happened to be an opening and then I could get scheduled for repair in January… so I walked into this office with low expectations just because of all my previous calls and the ladies were so friendly and they were able to get me in the next day for an evaluation. They called me the morning of my appointment and told me if I could come in early the doctor would possibly have time to do my repair as well. I came in early, saw the assistant for my x-rays and then the doctor came in and told me what was going on. She gave me a short term solution with a long-term option as well. Everyone was so kind and explained everything so well. I was very happy with my entire experience here.

Been a patient of Dr. Huang for 15+ years. She moved from North Seattle to Federal Way, and I eventually came back. Small operation, straightforward. Got a partial denture and implant—they use digital scanning. Dr. Huang is excellent and up to date.

My wife had a tooth that needed some cosmetic work done before our oldest son's wedding and we only had 3 days. The staff at Art of Smiles took excellent care of her and fixed her tooth and gave her a detailed plan from future care.
You have no idea the joy and happiness you've brought to her, she can't stop crying. Now she can smile brightly for the upcoming picture day.

I had a great 1st appointment with Art of the Smiles, Dr. Huang, and staff. The front office staff was bright, cheerful, and all ready to set me up as a new patient. The dental hygienist was thoughtful, careful, efficient, and quick. The digital X-ray system used is very efficient. Dr Huang’s chair side manner is supportive, and she communicates what she is doing very well. All in all a pleasant experience that left me feeling I’d found a top notch dental office!

I'm so impressed with the care I got here! Everyone is so nice and knowledgeable. Came in with a a cracked tooth due to years of not going to the dentist and not properly caring for my teeth, having a phobia of any kind of dental work, and this was a completely judgement free place. They didn't try to upsell me beyond what was essential, and offered multiple forms of payment, and helped me better understand how I can get "caught up" on my teeth (I knew I had lots of cavities going in) in a way that wasn't overwhelming. The tooth I had cracked, had a very deep and visible cavity, and they were able to salvage that tooth with great care. Did an excellent job fitting the temporary filling and later the permanent filling. I'm so appreciative of this place and can't believe I'm saying this, but I'm actually excited to go back to take care of the rest of my teeth.

Easily the best dentist I've ever seen. Dr. Huang is polite, funny, has light hands, works efficiently and is reasonable in her pricing. They were able to get me in quickly and went the extra mile with a 3-D image of a tooth that was of concern to ensure they didn't need to extract it. I would send anybody I love here! The front office staff and the assistants in the back are also very friendly and efficient in their work.

Great service! All the dental assistants are wonderful. Katie and Mariah at the front desk are very friendly. What I like most is the fact that they all explained everything to me. I did my initial consult get a second opinion on my ortho needs and decided to switch dentists. This clinic does everything.
