The office manager Shakari checked with Dr. O, who agreed to do a temporary cement with no guarantees or charge. So far so good! All staff were very friendly and helpful. you. I waited 3 hrs before I was called up,
I paid my office visit and was later called
in, they took xrays and it was 3:40, they charged me another 370$ and said they
we're pulling it at 4:00. Then my blood pressure was high so they canceled it, said
they'd do it Monday, this is Thursday. Then
sent my meds to wrong pharmacy, here I am no meds and wait 4 more days for the
root extraction. EMERGENCY WE GOT YOU

Walked in and the two young ladies up front were so respectful, great body language, very helpful, greeted me beautifully. Then Ms. Nash called me back, introduced herself, super polite and knowledgeable about her job, respectful while assisting me and Dr. K. Dr. K examined my mouth, looked at X-rays, told me about the bones in my lower jaw. Instead of thinking lining for my lower denture, she recommended a thicker lining. Really appreciated that advice for my denture care in Augusta, GA.

My wife has to have all teeth removed, and has an abscess, that is the reason we went in. Sick and in a lot of pain, they said called in the prescriptions, they did not. We sat at Walmart trying to call Aspen dental many times, while they were still open and nothing. Spent over $1000 and no relief, no answer, no relief. We have great insurance and signed up for a lot of work to be done and they drop the ball.

Needed 3 extractions and a crown prep in one visit—painless during and after. Unbelievable but true. Three days later they called for my crown seat, painless again.
