Everyone was very nice and helpful getting me ready to see the doctor. The dentist I saw had a big smile, which made me feel better about my situation. I really appreciated how they treated me like a good friend. When I have another problem, I'll be back. They are very good people.

Not happy with my services. They are doing literal theft. I got a loan for $3,000 worth of work, I make my $200 payments every month. Never been late, never missed a payment. I was told by this office because my insurance hasn’t made any payments yet, I’m unable to receive my treatment. I’m paying the loan, so the insurance company has nothing to do with me. That’s between the loan company and Aspen dental. I’ve made all my payments, been on time to every appointment and they crap on you around every corner they get. The whole office is unprofessional and they get nothing done after STEALING thousands from you unethically and dishonestly. I will never be back and I will get my money back, please believe it!
I highly recommend going ANYWHERE or straight up pulling your teeth yourself in your kitchen before going to these dishonest and unprofessional THIEFS. I was told time and time again by everyone I’ve ever spoken to about dental work to avoid Aspen dental at every cost. Pay more, live in pain, do anything but don’t go to Aspen dental and I wish I would have listened to the over 50 people who told me that this company were rip off artists.

Nobody really likes going to the dentist, but if I need work done in Calhoun, GA, I come here. Dr. Herring and her staff are super kind and compassionate. I trust them completely. Also, Autumn is the best hygienist—she removed old orthodontic cement that other hygienists missed for years. Great for dental hygiene and general dentistry.

I went to Aspen dental today and had a very wonderful experience. I only go to the dentist like once every four or five years and it’s because I have really good dental hygiene. But unfortunately, I cracked a tooth and I had to go. I don’t go because I’m so claustrophobic and their hands in my face Bothers me a lot.. But since being at Aspen dental and meeting with the doctor and the nurses. I didn’t have any problems with my claustrophobia. They were very patient and worked around my needs. And they took their time. Looks like I’ll be having regular dental visits.

Went in this morning with a broken tooth. They took X-rays and set me up for an extraction. Dr. Herring had a full schedule, so they scheduled me for the next day. But then I got a text saying someone canceled, so I went in today. They worked quickly and made sure I had enough pain meds. I was nervous, but they made it painless. Honestly, if I could give zero stars, I would. My first visit was a mess. They quoted one price for a cleaning over the phone, then pushed me into a $49 plan that didn't help. After, they wanted $875 for a deep cleaning, which I went along with since I couldn't find another place. Felt completely misled. If you're looking for a dentist in Calhoun, GA, be careful.

I was ripped off! I had company dental insurance and needed a tooth pulled. I was told I needed a special cleaning so I agreed to that along with the extraction. Was told the cleaning was mostly covered by my insurance. I was in great pain from the tooth. I was billed $3000 dollars for a tooth extraction and a cleaning. Doctor was very nice, billing took advantage of a person in pain and ripped me off. This is not hyperbole or exaggeration. I am still paying this bill a year later with over 1000 balance. I will never go to Aspen Dental again. I would caution anyone against considering this business and say, at the very least call around for pricing on services before committing to Aspen.

As someone who was asulted by a dentist years Ago, I have trauma and just stepping in an dentist office is a trigger. Aspen dental was so good to me so professional and caring. I cannot express caring enough. Selina was so kind so patient so caring. I am ready to move forward with getting thing's fixed because they are on my side and are going to do everything they can to take care of me. I'm still very nervous but I trust them and that speaks volumes. They we're the best decision I made to get help. Thank you to everyone that I came in contact with today!!!!!

My first visit where they tricked me into spending $5,000 with them went great. Everyone was super kind and helpful, quick and knowledgeable. Well, fast forward one visit and it all went to crap. I came in for my appt and was told their hygienist called out and I couldn’t get my cleaning done (I left work early for this appt) so I had to reschedule which makes me lose money AGAIN because I have to leave work early AGAIN. Very inconvenient and unprofessional, however THAT I could understand and move past — what I can’t wrap my mind around is why the lady that called me into the back was on her actual personal cell phone, talking to her friend about gas in a car she borrowed, literally didn’t utter one single individual word to me the entire time and actually had the nerve to apologize to whoever she was on the phone with saying “sorry girl I’m at work” like excuse me, you should be saying sorry to me — hello? Where is the professionalism and customer service? This place is not it and I’m highly considering canceling my future appointments and going somewhere where people make sense and have less audacity because I have never in my life had worse service at a dental office. Pitiful experience

I did speak with the office manager after this review and she let me know that the people I dealt with are outsourced doctors and they are only there about 3x a month, and while that’s no excuse for the behavior, it doesn’t speak directly for this aspen dental office or its employees and that’s why I had such polar opposite visits from my first to my second. I do feel like the office manager cared and understood me and I appreciate that. I am going to continue my services here because of her.
I must admit, I was quite apprehensive about my dental visit, particularly as I anticipated needing extractions, and my past experiences with dentists have been less than ideal. However, I can genuinely affirm that Aspen Dental in Calhoun demonstrates exceptional expertise; from the initial check-in to the procedure itself, everything was handled with professionalism and clarity. The entire staff was amazing! I was able to make an appointment within 2 hours. They were all very sweet and sympathetic. I was in immense pain in a few teeth making me absolutely miserable. They all took such good care of me even though they were so busy. I don't have insurance so I was able to set up payment arrangements. The facility was clean and inviting. I'll definitely be returning and will recommend them to anyone needing dental work.
