Great experience, staff was very helpful and easy to talk with and answered all questions quickly and well explained. Can't wait to go back and get the dental work completed. Note, I hit a wrong button on the selection, thought it would just take me out, however it showed that I was dissatisfied with the service, that is not correct. It was a great experience, from the receptionist, the person taking X-rays who was very friendly and efficient, apologized if she hurt me and explained everything step by step. The dental hygienist was also very efficient and friendly as was the dentist. The billing person was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Highly recommend Aspen Dental in Cleburne for dental hygiene and checkups.

specifically called asking for a sedation oral surgeon to remove an infected tooth thats below the gum line. have a general dentist referral. told yes we can do emergency removal. got there and then learned its a video about dentures and no surgeon on staff but a traveling one only every few weeks. bait and switch but to someone hurting from tooth pain, this was horrible. they dont listen!!!

25+ Years in the Medical Field—and Still Amazed (Not in a Good Way)
After decades in healthcare, you'd think I'd be immune to surprise. But the surface-level disorganization in some medical institutions continues to baffle me.
Case in point: My wife arrives for a scheduled appointment, only to be told they called the wrong patient entirely. Not a simple mix-up—wrong name, wrong person. And then she's informed that the scan she had done two weeks prior wasn’t sufficient for their lab. No heads-up. No coordination. Just a rescan and a new appointment pushed out another week.
Now tell me—where is the preventative quality control? Where’s the oversight that should catch these issues before they impact patients?
Sure, they reschedule and redo the scan. But fixing it after the fact isn’t the same as getting it right the first time. In healthcare, that difference isn’t just inconvenient—it’s unacceptable.
Calling their customer service line did nothing to expedite or correct the situation. In fact, we were not called regarding the availability of the appliance until we just walked in after waiting several days and there it was on the shelf.

Very friendly and helpful. They made dentures for me when all others I had tried didn't want to do it. I am 83 and my mouth is a long way from what dentist want for a patient. It was a bit more than I wanted to pay and my insurance let me down after finally putting dentures on it. Anyway I got my last adjustment today and am very happy with my dentures and service. They do use better ingredients for the money.

I went in to see about a tooth extraction. They were very thorough with x-rays that were very state-of-the-art. I was impressed. They even checked me out for oral cancer which other dentists didn't do. The price they gave me was affordable and they even made sure to work around issues I had to get what I needed done. They gave me an estimate for dentures which I asked for that was less expensive than other places I went to but also was still somewhat reasonable range and offered payment options. The office was nice and clean, staff was friendly. The dentist I saw was very friendly, thorough and made me feel comfortable and not judged. I go in for my extraction in a couple of days. Unless that goes horribly wrong which I doubt... I give this place a 5-star review.
